Summary本ポジションについて Guidewireプロフェッショナルサービス部門には、ビジネスアナリスト、ファンクショナルコンサルタント、テクニカルインテグレーションコンサルタントが在籍しており、Guidewire アプリケーションをお客様が導入するにあたり、お客様と SI ベンダーに対して支援を提供しています。プロジェクトは複雑で、お客様の具体的な要件に応じて、3 ヵ月から 2 年かかる場合があります。プロジェクト期間中、チームはお客様の業務要件を特定し、要件を満たすために当社製品の標準機能を活用しつつ、必要に応じてコンフィグレーションを加えたソリューションを策定し、Guidewire アプリケーションと他の社内システムや社外システムと連携する作業を支援します。 ガイドワイアのコンサルタントは、業務の大部分をお客様のビジネスチームおよび技術チームと共にオンサイトで過ごすことが求められます。この職務は主に日本国内で行われますが、ガイドワイアが事業を展開している他の地域で勤務する機会もあります Guidewire コンサルタントは、業務のおおよそ半分をお客様の業務部門チームや IT チームとオンサイトで過ごし、残り半分はリモートで作業します。本役割は、主に日本国内での勤務ですが、当社が事業を展開している他の地域向けにリモートで作業を行う機会もあります。 The Guidewire Professional Services organization includes business analysts, functional consultants, and technical integration consultants who worktogether to help customer and SI vendors
