Job Description ポジション概要 近年、サステナビリティに関する法規制や情報開示要請、投資家・顧客をはじめとするステークホルダーからの期待が急速に高まっており、当社においてもサステナビリティ関連業務が大幅に拡大しています。 こうした状況を踏まえ、サステナビリティ体制の強化およびESG・サステナビリティに関する各種プロジェクトの推進を担うスペシャリストを募集いたします。 本ポジションでは、環境（Environmental）、社会（Social）、ガバナンス（Governance）に関する取り組みを推進し、企業が直面するさまざまなサステナビリティ課題に対して未来志向の解決策を導き出すとともに、その活動を社内外のステークホルダーへ適切に発信していく重要な役割を担っていただきます。 また、多様な社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら、複雑なサステナビリティ課題を整理・分析し、企業価値向上につながる施策の企画・実行をリードしていただきます。 主な業務内容 社内のサステナビリティプロジェクトおよび各種イニシアティブを主導し、その効果のモニタリングおよび進捗管理を行う（SSBJ対応、MSA など） サステナビリティ戦略、マテリアリティ、KPI、リスクマネジメントに関する企画・推進を支援し、関連する社内調整および各種資料作成を行う 会社のESGパフォーマンスの評価・分析・報告を行うとともに、ESG評価機関（FTSE、MSCI、DJSI、Sustainalyticsなど）への対応および評価向上に向けた改善施策の推進を支援する 主要な社内外ステークホルダーとの良好な関係を構築・維持し、関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進する サステナビリティおよびESG分野における最新のトレンドやベストプラクティスの調査・分析を行い、関連する法規制や各種基準への対応・遵守を推進する Qualifications MUST GRI、SASB、CSRDをはじめとする各種サステナビリティ開示フレームワークおよび関連規制に関する知識 ESG評価（MSCI、FTSE、DJSI、Sustainalytics等の外部評価）に関する知識・実務経験 サステナビリティ開示、統合報告書作成、インパクト評価に関する知識または経験 高い論理的思考力および分析力 Excel、Tableau、Power BI等のデータ分析ツールを活用したデータ分析経験 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力およびリサーチ能力 複数の部門やステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力 国際的な視野を持ち、テクノロジー業界におけるスピード感のあるグローバル環境で業務を遂行できる能力 外部開示や証跡管理に求められる高い正確性と細部への注意力 サステナビリティ領域に対する高い関心と継続的な学習意欲 WANT EcoVadis、CDP、S&P Global CSA、FTSE、MSCI等のESG評価への対応経験 GRI、SASB、ISSB、TCFD、CSRD、Modern Slavery Act等のサステナビリティ関連フレームワークおよび規制に関する知識 半導体、エレクトロニクス、製造業、テクノロジー企業、またはグローバル企業での実務経験 レポート、方針書、マニュアル、研修資料、経営層向け資料等の作成経験
