Strategic Category Leadership / 戦略的カテゴリーリーダーシップ Henkelの長期的なビジョンに沿って、FORMカテゴリーのグローバル戦略を策定・実行します。市場および消費者インサイトを分析し、成長機会を特定します。 2. Innovation & Portfolio Management / イノベーション・ポートフォリオ管理 製品のコンセプト立案から市場投入まで、イノベーションを主導します。持続可能な成長を促進する、収益性の高いバランスの取れた製品ポートフォリオを管理します。 3.
