ispace is looking for Thermal engineer to join our growing mechanical design team. ispaceでは、現在事業拡大に伴い、宇宙機の熱設計・解析をリードできる熱設計エンジニア（Thermal Engineer）を募集しています。複数の月着陸ミッションが同時進行する中、技術チームの強化を進めており、宇宙機開発における熱設計の専門性を発揮いただけるMid-Seniorレベルの方をお迎えしたいと考えています。 #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities 着陸船や衛星など宇宙機システム開発のための熱的設計の取り組みをサポート 熱解析を実施して宇宙機システムの熱コンポーネント設計 設計仕様書及びDesign Reviewのサポート Design trade-off study、材料選定、製造工程、設計検証といった設計サポート テスト計画及びレポートの作成、テストデータ解析、コンポーネント/システム試験用JIG設計のサポート。 熱モデルの構築のサポート、熱解析を実行し、エンジニアリングモデルとフライトモデルの温度を予測。 熱、および運用パフォーマンスのための宇宙機システムの詳細設計とそのサポート。 熱、および運用パフォーマンスのためのLanderシステムの詳細設計とそのサポート。 ラピッドプロトタイピング、ハードウェアアセンブリ、組み立て作業、およびテストサイトへの移動を含むテストのサポート。 チームリーダーとグループマネージャーへの報告。 チーム間のプロアクティブな調整の維持、プロジェクトの目標バランスを取り、達成させる。 Requirements 機械工学または航空宇宙工学の理学士および/または修士 航空宇宙または航空アプリケーションの設計における3年以上の経験 人工衛星または宇宙船の熱設計と分析の知識
