AI導入および人事プロセス最適化 ガバナンスと戦略的計画: 日本のP&C責任者と連携し、プロジェクトロードマップの定義、優先順位付け、および四半期ごとの更新を行う。 プロセス変革プロジェクト: 主に以下の重要施策の実行を推進する。 a) 労働時間および残業管理システムの最適化 b) AIを活用した会議のドキュメント作成および要約ワークフローの標準化 c) 従業員のウェルビーイング向上を目的としたデータ収集戦略の強化 プロジェクト管理: 部門横断的なプロジェクト会議を円滑に進め、設定された期限内に目標を達成できるよう協力体制を維持する。 3. AI活用推進と能力開発 チェンジマネジメントおよびイネーブルメント: 日本のP&Cチームおよび広範なステークホルダー向けに、AIツール活用ワークショップを企画・運営する。 ナレッジ共有: Webex Spacesや社内コミュニケーションチャネルを通じ、ベストプラクティス、ヒント、ワークフローを展開することで、継続的な学習文化を醸成する。 地域間連携: 日本のP&Cチームを代表して地域のAIイニシアチブに参加し、学習内容を共有し、新技術の導入を加速させるための橋渡し役を担う。 4. エグゼクティブサポートおよびアドホックな取り組み 戦略的パートナーシップ: 日本のP&C責任者との継続的な協議を通じて定義される、影響力の高いプロジェクトやオペレーション業務を実行する。 5.
