ザ・ペニンシュラ東京では、ご来館いただくお客様の思い出に残る時間を演出するため、仕事に夢と希望を持ち、そして情熱を抱いている 宿泊部ディレクターを募集しています。 ザ・ペニンシュラ東京は高いプロ意識と資格を持ったスタッフに支えられています。 フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、ランドリーおよび関連するゲストサービス業務を含む宿泊部全体を統括し、卓越したゲスト体験を提供していただきます。 ゲストサービスおよびオペレーションに関して宿泊部の代表として、多様且つ複雑な問題解決をリードし、再発防止に向けた持続的な改善策を実行していただきます。 業務内容 Peninsulaサービス基準、ブランド基準、KPIに沿って、宿泊部全体のゲスト体験を統括し、期待を超えるパーソナライズされたサービスを実現する。 「Make It Right」の文化を推進し、ゲストからのフィードバックや多様な問題を統括し、迅速な解決と再発防止を図る。 ゲストとの接点を維持し、ニーズを先読みしながら、パーソナライズされたサービス文化を構築する。 宿泊部全体における継続的改善とイノベーションを推進する。 フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、ランドリー、スパ＆ウェルネス、客室およびパブリックエリアにおける品質管理と運営体制を確保する。 人員計画、配置、給与管理、生産性向上施策を管理し、適切な人員体制と業務効率を維持する。Revenue ManagementおよびReservationsと連携し、客室売上、アップセル、在庫管理などを最適化する。 宿泊関連サービスにおける収益向上機会を特定し、外部契約やベンダー管理を含めた改善を推進する。 部門予算、予測、実績レポートおよび主要契約を管理し、財務目標の達成を確実にする。 Rooms Divisionおよび関連部門のマネージャーを採用・育成し、高いパフォーマンスとゲスト志向文化を醸成する。 応募条件 知識,スキル:ラグジュアリーホテルにおける宿泊部門（Rooms Division）の運営に関する深い知識を有すること。ゲストジャーニー管理、客室準備状況の管理、客室在庫管理、VIPゲスト対応、サービスリカバリー（問題発生時の対応と回復）が含まれます。また、ペニンシュラのサービス理念（Peninsula Service Principles）を日常業務、意思決定、従業員指導、品質レビュー、および継続的改善活動に浸透させる能力を有する方。 経験:フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、または宿泊部門全体のマネジメントを含む管理職としての経験を含め、宿泊部門またはラグジュアリーホテル運営において最低8～10年の実務経験を有すること。 学歴・資格:ホスピタリティマネジメント、ホテル経営学、経営学の学位またはディプロマを有すること。もしくは同等の実務経験を有すること。 求める人物像:ペニンシュラのサービス理念を自ら体現し、常に冷静かつゲスト志向で行動できる、現場に見えるリーダーであること。また、サービス基準と成果に対して責任感を持って取り組めること。さらに、宿泊部門の管理職チームに対し、説明責任・信頼関係・協働・権限委譲を促進し、一貫した高いパフォーマンスを引き出せる優れたコーチであること。 語学力:英語およびホテル所在地の現地言語をビジネスレベルで使用できること。 その他:必要に応じて、夜間・週末・祝日の勤務が可能であること。また、ホテルのシニアマネジメント代表として対応できる柔軟性を有すること。 皆様からのご応募をお待ちしています。...
