企業概要 シンジェンタは「植物のちからを暮らしのなかに」という企業目的のもと、気候風土や食文化の異なる90カ国以上の地域で事業を展開しています。多種多様な農業に適応することで得た知識と技術を活用し、大切なパートナーの皆様とともに日本の農業の発展に貢献してまいります。 私たちは世界規模で事業を展開し、増大を続ける食糧需要に応えています。 シンジェンタジャパンは、ワールドクラスの人材と製品によって世界の各地で農業に貢献し、新しい価値を創造しつづけるトータルアグリビジネス企業「シンジェンタグループ」の日本法人です。 小売店、流通、食品・飼料会社、消費者の皆様は、常により高品質でより安全な農作物を求めています。シンジェンタはさまざまなニーズに応えるために、世界規模で開発した安全で効果の高い化合物の中から日本の栽培環境に適した農薬を製品化するとともに、日本のマーケットに的を絞った付加価値の高い野菜・畑作物の種子を提供しています。また、食用作物用農薬で培った技術をプロフェッショナル ソリューションにも応用して、1年を通じて豊かな生活が楽しめる環境をつくり出しています。 日本の農業の可能性を高め、食と暮らしを豊かにするため、シンジェンタは経験、知識、技術、製品を通じて価値あるソリューションを提供することを約束します。 求人内容 ROLE PURPOSE/職務: シンジェンタ社のグローバルビジネスにおけるバイオテクノロジー作物(遺伝子組換え・ゲノム編集作物)について、日本での承認を取得、またそれらを維持するための規制対応プロセスおよびアドボカシーを主導・実行する。 ACCOUNTABILITIES/責務: ビジネスチームの目標に沿った日本でのバイオテクノロジー作物の承認取得計画を立案・推進する。 グローバルのプロジェクトチームと緊密に連携し、規制および会社戦略に準拠した日本向けの申請書類を作成する。 日本の規制当局やグローバルのプロジェクトチームと連携して申請・審査プロセスを進め、一定の期限内に承認を取得する。 規制やコンプライアンスを遵守し、遺伝子組換え作物の承認に必要な隔離圃場試験の実施を主導する。 日本における最新の規制状況や要件を理解して、グローバルのプロジェクトチームに共有する。 重要な規制関連文書の管理プロセスを主導する。 業界団体での活動をリードする。 資格 Preferred knowledge/望ましい知識: 植物分子生物学、遺伝学、育種学、生化学、バイオインフォマティクス、毒性学、統計学を含む幅広い科学分野の知識 日本におけるバイオテクノロジー作物に関する規制制度や安全性評価の知識 Preferred Experience/望ましい経験 バイオテクノロジー関連の研究者としての経験、圃場での栽培試験の経験 レギュラトリーサイエンス、レギュラトリーアフェアーズで5年以上の実務経験があることが望ましい 多国籍チームのメンバーとしての業務経験 Preferred Technical, Professional and personal capabilities/望ましい技術、専門、能力:
