Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsWarehouse Job Description 第二倉庫のオープンに伴う事業拡大・体制強化のため、治験薬の管理・配送オペレーションを担うメンバーを募集します。 治験薬の管理・配送を専門に行う当社にて、入庫、ラベリング、出荷、返品対応など、一連の業務をお任せします。新倉庫での勤務となるため、特定の業務に限定せず、治験薬管理に関わる幅広いオペレーションに携わっていただきます。 ■ 業務内容 ・各温度帯における治験薬の入庫対応、在庫管理 ・ラベリング作業 ・各温度帯における出荷準備、梱包、配送手続き ・返品対応（常温における治験薬の返品処理、在庫管理） ・業務フローの整備、プロセス改善 ・e-larningでのトレーニング実施 ■ 取り扱う荷物について 取り扱う荷物は、1つあたり基本的に10kg～20kg程度です。複数の荷物を取りまとめてパレットに載せたり、ハンドフォークで移動させたりする作業が発生します。 また、入庫貨物は大きなコンテナで届く場合もあるため、一定の力仕事を伴う業務です。 ただし、基本的には、台車、ハンドフォークリフトを使用してのハンドリングとなり、人にやさしい作業体制です。 ■ 作業環境について 倉庫内は、治験薬の品質を守るため温度帯ごとに管理されています。15～25℃の室温管理エリアに加え、冷蔵エリア5℃・冷凍エリアー20℃、成行エリア（温度管理なし）での作業が発生します。 法令や各種規約に基づき、温度管理された環境下で正確な保管・入出庫・配送手続きを行います。 ■ 入社後の流れ 入社後は、江東区新木場の既存倉庫にて1～3か月程度のトレーニングを実施します。トレーニング期間は、ご経験・能力・スキルにより前後する場合があります。トレーニング完了後は、大田区平和島の第二倉庫にて勤務いただく予定です。 ■ 必須要件 ・高卒以上 ・物流業務または倉庫業務のご経験を2年以上お持ちの方 ・英語での読み書きに抵抗がない方 ※業務で使用する文書が英語の場合があります。 ■
