役割概要 JASM HR Mobilityチームは、専門的なHR Mobility契約社員を募集しています。 このポジションでは、社員が転勤のプロセスを推進し、円滑な運営およびコンプライアンスを確保する上で重要な役割を担います。 主な責任には、社員の転勤サービスに関する行政手続きの支援、システム精算などの内部プロセスの実行、関係するステークホルダーとの密接な調整が含まれます。 私たちは、効率的なコミュニケーションを通じて、社員とその家族にとって素晴らしい転勤と海外生活の経験を作り出すことを目標にしております。 職務内容 1. リロケーションと赴任手続関連の全般サポート • プロセスの実行と推進：クロス部門チームと密接に協力し、社員の出向受け入れや海外研修に関するエンドツーエンドの関連手続きを効率良く実行・推進します。 • ドキュメントサポート：行政および規制手続きに従って、社員のリロケーションに関する報告書および行政文書を準備、編集、提出します。 • システム精算：社員のリロケーションに関する内部システム精算および決済手続きを支援します。 • データ管理：社員のリロケーションに関連するデータ収集およびシステム情報の保守を担当し、基本的なデータ分析を行い、運用プロセスを継続的に最適化します。 2. 社員の相談および支援 • 社員の問合せ窓口：リロケーションに関する社員の主な連絡窓口となり、赴任期間全体を通じてタイムリーで専門的な相談および支援を提供します。 • 会社ポリシーおよび適用パッケージの説明：リロケーションの準備項目、会社の福利厚生サポート内容、関連する方針および利用可能なリソースを明確に説明し、社員が新しい環境に迅速に適応できるように支援します。 3. ベンダーおよび外部機関との調整 • 外部コミュニケーション：リロケーションに関連するベンダーおよび政府機関（ビザ処理、住民登録、運転免許変換、公文書対応など）と良好なコミュニケーションを維持し、サービスのスムーズな実施を確保します。 • サービス品質コントロール：ベンダーのサービス品質およびパフォーマンスを定期的にレビューし、内部および外部のコミュニケーションおよび調整を通じてコスト効率を確保し、社員の満足度を継続的に向上させます。 4. リロケーション関連手配及びサポート • プロジェクト全体の実行：リロケーション関連の全体的な実行およびサポートを担当し、個人またはグループのチェックインおよびリロケーション関連する諸手配を含みます。 •
