【会社名】 非公開 【ポジション】 Financial Systems Analyst 【業務概要】 本ポジションは、財務・会計システムの管理・運用を担当する役割です。SAP FICOを活用し、米国会計基準（U.S. GAAP）および財務報告を支援しながら、月次・四半期・年次決算、連結決算、外部・内部報告のプロセスを円滑に進めるためのサポートを行います。 SAP FICOの業務は主にデータ管理や運用・保守が中心で、新規導入の可能性はあるものの、現時点では主要業務ではありません。そのため、SAP FICOに関する高度な専門知識は必須ではなく、システムの運用・管理に関する基本的な理解があれば十分に対応できます。 同社には独立したIT部門（デジタルテクノロジー部門）がありますが、本ポジションはIT部門ではなく、「会計＆コントローラーシップ」部門専属のシステム担当者として、会計・財務の観点からSAPシステムを活用し、業務の効率化や最適化を推進していただきます。 【応募要件】 ・財務システムアナリストとして7年以上の経験 ※SAP FICOの経験を持つ財務系の方、または財務の経験を持つIT系の方のいずれも可。 ・SAP FICO（データの保守、管理、導入）およびUS GAAPの経験 ・英語/日本語ともに流暢であること 【勤務地】 東京都品川区 【年収】 ～1,700万円程度 ※ご経験によっては2,300万円程度まで可能 【労働条件】 勤務形態 7時間45分/日 フレックスタイム制 勤務時間 標準就業時間 本社支社店（神奈川県川崎市他） 8:45～17:30 富士事業所（静岡県富士市） 8:00～16:45 掛川開発センター（静岡県菊川市） 8:30～17:15
