Learning & Development Manager（以下、本職）は、人材開発部長を直属上司とし、ビジネスニーズに沿った人材開発プログラムの管理・運営をします。 本職は、「顧客」と向き合い、ビジネスパートナーに成長の機会を提供する重要なポジションであり、また依頼に対応するだけでなく、積極的にビジネスニーズを把握し、それらに最適な研修機会を提供する必要があります。 本職は、グローバルL&D方針と整合性を取りながら、日本国内の製薬企業に関係する環境変化を鑑み、組織開発・Ｈｕｍａｎ Ｃｅｎｔｒｉｃ Ｓｋｉｌｌｓを強化する研修の企画運営をする必要があります。これには、決められた枠にとらわれず、グローバルＬ＆Ｄ提供のソリューションのカスタマイズ、新規ソリューションの提案も含まれます。実施部門にとって最適な提案を常に追求し続けます。 本職は、学習する組織の第一線に立つアンバサダーとして、会社のポリシーと手順を遵守する模範を示し、実現を支援する取り組みを通して、会社の使命、価値観、倫理・誠実性の基準を支えていきます。 主な成果責任 学習する組織の第一線に立つアンバサダーとして行動します 研修企画・運営通じて、学習者のモチベーションを高め、コンピテンシー（能力）を構築し、かつ戦略と結果に対する個人のパフォーマンス向上と組織・患者貢献を達成する。 学習目的を達成するために適切な学習体験（F2F・オンライン・e-learning）を提供し、相互に好影響を与え相乗効果（知識の交換と理解、行動の変化）を得られるよう導く。 学習システムを使用して、学習活動（出席、パフォーマンス、学習者のフィードバック）をモニターすることを通して、確実に学習を完了することへ導く 研修設計、研修成果に関する継続的な改善への取り組み ビジネス環境やテクノロジーの進化などを常に把握する。 研修企画・運営および学習者の変化（知識の交換と理解、行動の変化）に関するフィードバックを収集する。 社内外から得た情報をもとに、革新的なソリューションを提案し、それらをLearning Excellence teamにフィードバックして、継続的な改善への取り組みを行う。 社内関係者から信頼されるLearning & Development Managerであること 社内ステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築し、維持する。 問題発見スキルによるステークホルダー組織、人材、ステークホルダーのアウトカムをコミュニケーションを通しモニターし、適切にフィードバックすると共に学習機会を提案する グローバルL&Dと連携し、最新の学習コンテンツなど、適切な学習環境を提供する。 能力開発のための学習経験プロジェクト案の考案と開発 グローバルLearning Excellence teamとプロジェクト開発を協働する。 研修の企画運営、実施後の評価、継続的改善に至るまでの一貫したプロジェクトの実行 プロジェクトで実施する学習ニーズの評価 パイロットフェーズを含むプロジェクトの設計と開発をする。 ビジネスニーズが正しく学習機会に反映されているかの検証を行う。 TAD&Lオペレーション＆テクノロジー・チームと緊密に連携し、専門知識やアドバイスを提供する： ローカルの状況を配慮した運営、管理方法の提案を行い継続した学習機会を提供する。 学習体験の円滑な実施を推進することにより、学習者を支援する。 日本の学習コンテンツ・研修内容の継続的改善を行う。 新たにローンチ或いは適応追加の際は、グローバルLaunch Excellence Teamと連携し日本への導入を担当する Learning Excellence teamと密接に連携し、データに基づいた分析を行い、適切なインサイトを得る。 教育と資格
