職種: バリデーション試験受託 バリデーションプロジェクトマネージャー Validation Project Manager / Life Science (Yokohama) 業種 ライフサイエンス、バイオテクノロジー 勤務地：横浜 勤務シフト：定時9:00～17:30（7時間30分）、フレックスタイム制（コアタイム：なし） 勤務スタイル：週3出社 職務内容： 製薬会社が製造工程で使用するろ過滅菌用フィルターのバリデーション試験を受託しているラボで、受託試験プロジェクトのマネジメント業務をご担当いただきます。 主に微生物捕捉試験、化学的適合性評価、抽出物評価、薬液で湿潤させたフィルターの完全性試験を受託しております。 職務内容は以下の通りです。 ・受託サービスのプロジェクトマネジメント。顧客へ規制要件や当社の受託サービスを説明、顧客の希望するサービスと顧客工程条件を確認しながら最適なサービスを提案および、スケジュール管理 ・受託試験の計画書、報告書、見解書等の文書内容の技術照査（場合によって作成も含む） ・顧客サイトにおける技術セミナー、技術情報の文献投稿などを含めた啓蒙活動 ・ラボ内他チーム、海外ラボ、国内営業チーム、マーケティングチーム、カスタマーサービスチームとの協働。 ・将来的にチームマネジメント/管理職も含む。 必須条件： ・TOEIC 500点以上、英語の科学論文がある程度読解できる。英会話への抵抗がないこと。 ・理学、生物学、化学、物理学、薬学、または農学等の分野の学位または修士卒。 ・コミュニケーション力があり、国内外の同僚との協働やディスカッション、顧客との技術的な会話が可能な方。 ・抗がん剤、毒劇物等の取り扱い知識のある方（または、可能な方）。 歓迎条件： ・品質基準（GMP、GLP、ISO等）に基づいた業務経験。 ・培養プロセス、製薬プロセス、バリデーション、薬局方等のガイドライン、毒劇物の取り扱い、ろ過滅菌の知識。 ・医薬品業界や無菌操作等の技術の知識がある方。 ・柔軟なアイディアを持ち、新しい技術の推進や業務効率化をリードできる方。 ・ワークロードの優先付けができ、顧客、品質、結果を重視できる方。 ・顧客向けのプレゼンテーション経験者。
