Overview ■アーサー・ディ・リトル（ADL）およびADLジャパンについて: アーサー・ディ・リトル は、1885年の創立以来、長い歴史と豊富な実績を持つグローバル戦略コンサルティング・ファームとして、独創的な戦略視点、技術がもたらす価値への深い洞察、および変革を担う「人」への働きかけを通じ、各産業を代表する大手企業をはじめとしたさまざまなクライアントの新たな価値創出に貢献しています。 アーサー・ディ・リトル・ジャパンは、全世界のADLの中でも最も主要なオフィスの1つとして、世界各国のADLオフィスおよび様々な専門知見・能力を持つ協業パートナー企業と連携しつつ、日本における大手企業様および官公庁様を中心としたクライアントに対する将来洞察・戦略策定・変革実行を支援しています。 ADLおよびADLジャパンの特徴として、1) 経営と技術の融合視点を踏まえた「イノベーションへのこだわり」、2) 人間系中心の「Side-by-Sideアプローチ」、3) グローバルリーチを活かした外部イノベーション関連専門家を組み入れた「オープンコンサルティング」を主軸に、ハイインパクトかつ実効性のある戦略導出へのコミットを旨として活動しています。 ■Business Analyst 期待される職務ミッション: ADLのビジネス・アナリストは、単なる調査・分析の実行を担う役割にとどまりません。ケースチームの主力ワーキング・メンバーとして、早くからクライアントとの対話や主体的・独創的な分析・アイディア創出も含めた責を担い、クライアントへの価値創出に貢献します。 ケースリーダーや他のチームメンバーとの議論を通じて構築された仮説にもとづき、情報に関する研ぎ澄まされた感度をもってその意味するところを嗅ぎ取り、情報の収集と提示を超えた示唆導出の一翼を担うことを期待されます。 クライアントに対しては、プロジェクトにおける日常的なやりとりに加え、自身が担当した作業箇所に関するプレゼンテーション・説明・質疑応答を担うことにより、直接的に価値提供を行います。 ■Consultant 期待される職務ミッション: ADLのコンサルタントは、ケースチームにおける中心的役割として、クライアントが抱える課題を深堀･明確化し、解決の方向性を仮説として描くこと、また検証された仮説を軸に、段階的に検討を深め、“チャレンジング” かつ “実現可能な” 提言の取り纏めを担います。 ひとまとまりの論点に対する統合的な解を導くためのモジュールのリード役、また小規模なプロジェクトにおいては、シニア・プロフェッショナルの下で実質的なケースリードを担う役割として、ジュニアメンバーに対する指示・指導を担うことも期待されます。 クライアントに対しては、プロジェクトにおける日常的なやりとりに加え、自身が担当したモジュールに関するプレゼンテーション・説明・質疑応答を担うことにより、価値提供の主力を行います。 Responsibilities ■具体的役割: ビジネス・アナリストの具体的業務役割は主に以下の通りです。 ・様々な情報源からの情報収集と分析 ・調査事項からの重要なメッセージ抽出 ・プレゼンテーション、レポート資料作成 ・担当箇所に関するミーティングでのプレゼンテーション ・ワークショップおよびインタビューの実施 クライアント・プロジェクトが主な活動内容となりますが、この他、プロジェクト提案の支援、採用等各種オフィス・マネジメント活動への参画、外部協業先との連携などの活動に貢献するメンバーも多くいます。 コンサルタントの具体的業務役割は主に以下の通りです。 ・担当するモジュールに関するワーク設計および管理 ・情報収集と分析にもとづく戦略示唆の抽出 ・プレゼンテーション、レポート資料作成 ・担当モジュールに関するミーティングでのプレゼンテーション ・ワークショップおよびインタビューの実施
