日本の投資家を、世界基準の体験へ。 Citiは、100以上の市場に広がるネットワークと統合プラットフォームで、機関投資家の複雑なニーズを正確・迅速・透明なサービスに変えていくグローバルバンクです。東京はその中核拠点。Operations（Client Operations）は、Securities Services／TTSなどの各チームと連携し、エンドツーエンドの顧客体験・効率性・コントロールを同時に高水準で実現しています。 本ポジションでは、主要機関投資家の“顔”としてClient Serviceをリードし、日本市場の複雑性とCitiのグローバルな強みを橋渡ししながら、デジタル化・プロセス最適化・リスク管理を前進させていただきます。（ハイブリッド勤務／グローバル連携あり） 仕事内容（Key Responsibilities） クライアント・リーダーシップ：日本の信託銀行／資産運用会社など主要機関投資家のエスカレーション窓口かつ戦略的パートナーとして、複雑なクロスボーダー投資ニーズに応える。 E2E改善／変革の推進：STP向上、手作業削減、例外管理の標準化を主導し、未然防止（Escalation Prevention）とTAT短縮を両立。 マルチ機能・マルチプロダクト運営：セトルメント／アセットサービシング／オンボーディング等の複数機能、および債券・株式・投信など複数プロダクトの運営を俯瞰してリード。 戦略立案と実行管理：運営KPI／KRIの設計、キャパシティ＆スキル計画、改善ロードマップの策定と進捗管理。データドリブンに成果を可視化。 グローバル連携：海外拠点・リージョン・プロダクト・テクノロジーとOne Citiで協働し、グローバル標準と日本の特殊性を整合。英語での交渉・調整をリード。 人材・組織開発：3–5年目安のピープルマネジメント（採用／評価／育成／サクセッション）と、包摂的なチーム文化の醸成。 コントロール／リスク：規制・社内ポリシーに準拠した堅牢な統制を維持しつつ、スループット最大化を図る。 応募資格（Requirements） 必須 カストディ／証券オペレーションのマネージャー経験（チーム運営、品質／納期管理、エスカレーション対応） ピープルマネジメント経験（目安：3–5年）— 採用、評価、育成、パフォーマンスマネジメント 複数機能／複数プロダクト（例：セトルメント、アセットサービシング、オンボーディング／債券・株式・投信など）をカバーした運営経験 戦略的な計画立案と実行（KPI設計、リソース計画、改善ロードマップ） Change maker／Drive：標準化・自動化・STP改善の主導実績 プロアクティブな課題発見・未然防止・再発防止の推進力 グローバルコミュニケーション（英語）での協働経験（リージョン／グローバルとの調整・交渉） 日本の信託・アセットマネジャーの業務慣行への理解と、主要機関投資家対応の実務経験 言語：英語（ビジネス必須）／日本語（基礎〜ビジネス尚可。社内外のやり取りは他メンバーで補完可能） プロダクト知識：非日本証券（US／EU債券等）の取り扱い経験 以下のいずれかに強み：アセット、コーポレートアクション、ミューチュアルファンド（投信） 歓迎要件（Preferred） NPS／CSATなど顧客体験指標の改善をリードした実績 可視化ダッシュボード／例外管理等のデータドリブン運営 クロスボーダー運営（税務・開示含む）の知見 タレント育成／サクセッションの運用経験 必要な資格
