POSITION SUMMARY ホテル内の安全・防犯管理業務を担当し、施設巡回、監視カメラ・警報システムの監視、緊急時対応、事故調査、鍵管理監査などを実施する。また、ゲストおよび従業員への安全支援、苦情対応、不審者対応、法令遵守の徹底を行い、安全で安心な環境の維持に貢献する。 施設内のすべてのエリアを巡回し、安全確保を行う。客室の施錔確認を行い、ゲストの入室をサポートする。緊急対応訓練の実施、日常的な安全・危険箇所の点検、調査、聞き取り、および鍵管理監査を実施する。監視カメラ（CCTV）および警報システムを監視する。立入制限区域へのアクセスを承認・監視し、記録を作成する。緊急時にはゲストおよび従業員を支援する。事故発生時には対応し、必要に応じて救急隊（EMS）への連絡や応急処置・心肺蘇生（CPR）を実施する。情報収集を行い、各種報告書を作成する。報告書や文書の機密性を保持し、権限を有する者にのみ情報を開示する。会社の方針および手順に従い、トラブルや騒動の沈静化を図る。安全上の危険な状況を解決する。あらゆる中断事項や苦情に対応する。不要または不審な人物を施設外へ誘導する。酒類提供に関する法令遵守を徹底する。適切な緊急コードを使用して支援要請を行う。従業員に必要な書類を提供する。 Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
