ERMについて ERMでは、世界中のグローバルクライアントが直面するサステナビリティ課題の解決に取り組むため、課題意識を持ち、クリエイティブなアイデアと実行力を備えたグリーン・ビルディング・コンサルタントを募集しています。 ERMの特徴 ERM（Environmental Resources Management）は、世界最大級のサステナビリティ・コンサルティングファームです。50年以上にわたり、各分野のトップスペシャリストと連携しながら、環境・社会・ガバナンス（ESG）に関する幅広い課題に対して、深い専門知識と実行力をもって取り組んできました。 現在、世界40カ国以上に拠点を展開し、グローバルなネットワークを活かして、あらゆる業界のクライアントに対し、サステナビリティを軸としたソリューションを提供しています。 ERMのアプローチは、綿密な計画とシームレスな実行を重視し、クライアントの持続可能な成長を支援することにフォーカスしています。 募集職種：グリーン・ビルディング・コンサルタント（ERM Japan） 業務内容（Responsibilities） Sustainable Assetsチームの一員として、不動産業界のクライアントに対し、以下のようなサステナビリティ関連サービスの提供を担当していただきます： グリーンビルディング認証（LEED、WELLなど）、GRESB対応、ESG戦略立案支援 建築設計図書やクライアント資料の分析、ギャップ分析の実施、改善提案の策定 LEEDやWELLなどの認証取得に必要な提出書類の作成（第三者審査に耐えうる品質） ESG、気候変動、サーキュラーエコノミー、再生可能エネルギー、サステナブルファイナンス、サプライチェーン、自然資本などに関するレポートや資料の作成 サステナビリティ報告書やESG評価、気候関連開示（TCFD等）に関する文書の構成・執筆・編集・校正 プロジェクト会議やワークショップへの参加、関連ドキュメントの管理 ビジネス開発支援（調査、マーケティング、提案書作成など） プロジェクトマネージャーやパートナーの補佐 応募要件（Requirements） 環境、電気、機械、建築、化学、土木工学、建築設計、サステナブル開発、環境科学などの分野での学士号（修士号歓迎） グリーンビルディング、不動産、建築設計、建設分野での2〜5年の実務経験（経験豊富な方はシニア職も検討可） プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎的な経験 日本語（ビジネスレベル）必須、英語（読み書きレベル）歓迎 求める人物像 論理的思考力、分析力、問題解決力 細部への注意力、スピード感、前向きな姿勢 国内の出張に対応可能な方 歓迎スキル（Nice to Have） MEP設計者・施工業者との技術的なコミュニケーション能力 建築物のエネルギー効率に関する知識 エネルギー消費データからのGHG排出量換算スキル
