エウレカは、真剣にパートナーを見つけたいと考えている方に向けた恋活・婚活マッチングアプリ「Pairs（ペアーズ）」を運営している会社です。 Pairsは、日本国内で累計登録数2,700万以上の日本最大級のオンラインデーティングアプリです。2012年に日本版、2013年に台湾版のサービス開始して以来、順調に成長を続け、70万人以上の方がPairsでお相手を見つけています。 2015年には、世界中でオンラインデーティングアプリを展開するMatch Groupにジョインし、私たちのミッションである「人生に”あってよかった”と思ってもらえるものを。」を実現するため、日本国内だけでなく、グローバルで更なる成長を目指しています。 Job Summary: UTH (Under The Hood) Backend TeamはPairs本体の機能開発を支えるマイクロサービス・関連コンポーネント等の基盤の提供や、アプリケーションセキュリティ・開発生産性・品質の改善などの遂行等を通して、堅牢で拡張性のある基盤を構築し、Pairsをより成長に導くことを目的にしています。 本ポジションは、UTH Backend Teamの一員として、Trust & Safetyプロジェクトに専任で携わるBackend Engineerのポジションです。 具体的な業務としては、違反ユーザーや悪質なユーザーに関するデータを継続的に確認・分析し、リスクや影響を評価しながら、必要な対策を高速に実装・改善を行うと共に、検知、予防、調査、対応といったTrust & Safety業務を支えるバックエンドシステムの設計・開発・運用を通じて、悪質な利用の抑止とユーザーの保護に貢献します。 また、Trust & Safety領域の関係者と密に連携し、現場で得られる知見やデータをもとに、対策の精度や運用効率を継続的に高めていくことが期待されます。 これらの取り組みを通じて、ユーザーがPairsを安心して利用できる環境づくりに貢献していただきます。 What You’ll Do: ・Trust & Safety領域における違反行為・悪質な利用・ポリシー違反などのリスク低減を目的とした仕組みの設計・Pairsへの適用・運用 ・ユーザー行動、システムログ、施策結果などのデータを自ら確認・分析し、リスクの兆候や傾向、課題の規模感、施策の有効性を評価 ・分析・評価結果をもとに、検知・予防・調査・対応といったTrust & Safety業務を支える仕組みを、変化するリスクパターンに合わせて継続的に改善 ・Trust & Safety領域の関係者、Data Analyst、プロダクトバックエンドチーム、SREチーム、セキュリティチームなどと連携し、品質、パフォーマンス、セキュリティ、運用性を高めながら、不正利用や悪用の抑止、ユーザー保護、Pairsの信頼性向上に貢献 Basic Qualifications: 開発効率改善やパフォーマンス改善やセキュリティ対応等に強い意欲を持つ事 関係者を効果的に巻き込み、成果を上げるためのオーナーシップとコミュニケーションスキル
