Amazon は、Amazon の物流拠点 (カスタマーフルフィルメント、Amazon Transportation Services、Amazon ロジスティクス、またはグローバルスペシャリティフルフィルメント) の大量採用プログラムをリードする意欲のあるスタッフィングリード (リクルーター/調達) を募集しています。 スタッフィングリードは、物流拠点での円滑な入出荷を実現するための人員確保をリードします。 主要なビジネス パートナーとともに Workforce Staffing (WFS) のオペレーショナル エクセレンスを推進するために、高いモチベーションと柔軟性を持っています。 成功する候補者は、優れたコンサルティングスキル、優れた影響力、組織の専門知識、口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル、事業運営を改善するデータ主導型プログラムの構築への情熱を示す必要があります。 また多少の不確実さがあっても柔軟に受け入れることができ、最高クラスのプログラムを開発する上では、革新的であることが求められます。 ・採用計画の立案や募集（求人広告等の出稿）を企画・実行するチームに対して最適な情報をインプットします。 ・物流拠点運営責任者との定期的な会議を通じて、人員確保の進捗を共有します。問題が発生した場合は、チームで協力して解決にあたります。 ・スタッフィングリードは、派遣会社との交渉を通じて、必要な人員確保を促進するとともに、Amazonで直接採用をした人材の充足の役割を担います。 ·隣接する物流拠点を複数担当していただきます。物流拠点での採用イベント・内定者イベント等をリードしますので、日帰り・宿泊の出張が発生します。（現在は原則オンラインで実施しています） ·業務はマイクロソフトオフィスを使用します。特にエクセルとワードは日常的に使用します。 エクセルは、ピボットテーブル、IF関数、VLOOKUP関数等を使用してデータ分析を行います。 また、報告や提案など様々な場面において、ワードで文書を作成しています。 · 問題解決と分析に厳密なアプローチを取り、データから結論を導き出すとともに、ステークホルダーやオペレーションチームに、専門知識と技術的もしくは実行可能なガイダンスを提供します。 · ボトルネックの予測、エスカレーションの管理、トレードオフの予測と判断、ビジネスニーズと制約のバランスを取ります。 ·ビジネスの優先順位を確立し、ステークホルダーと協力してリスクと緩和策を特定、伝達し、目標、マイルストーン、完了日を策定、維持します。 ·上級レベルのステークホルダーにアイデアを提示し、フィードバックを受け入れ、変更をすばやく適用します。 ·機密情報や重要な情報をすぐに判断して扱う能力 ·実務スキルと知的スキルを兼ね備え、また、複雑な分析、実践的なプロジェクト、プロジェクト管理などの様々な業務を迅速にこなし、適応できる能力 · 業務上、英語を使用する機会があります。海外のチームとの定期的な会議への参加やレポート作成、メール等で使用する機会があります。また、海外のチームとの連携は業務遂行上とても重要です。
