Visual Merchandiser, VM Studio, Fashion Division ミッション CHANELファッション本部ビジュアルマーチャンダイザーは、ブランドの世界観をブティック、イベントの場で最大限表現し、グローバルで統一されたイメージの構築と維持を通じて、全国のCHANELファンを魅了するために日々活動します。 本社VM Studioチームの一員として、ブティック、パリと円滑な協力関係を築き、ファッションブティック（路面店、百貨店、空港内）のビジュアルマーチャンダイジングを担当します。 このポジションはVMマネージャーにレポートします。 職務内容 ブランドの世界観とシーズンコンセプトを理解し、ブティック、ウィンドウ、イベント空間において一貫性のあるラグジュアリーなカスタマーエクスペリエンスを創出する パリ発信のVMガイドラインをもとに、統一されたコレクションイメージを国内各店舗で体現するためのVMプランを企画・実行する 担当ブティックの定期巡回を通じ、ディスプレイ、プロダクト配置、照明、動線、什器・ツールの状態を確認し、統一されたブランドイメージを維持・向上する コレクション立ち上げ、イベント・催事におけるウィンドウディスプレイ、店内レイアウト、プロップ・ツールの設営を実行する 全世界共通のコレクションメッセージを変えることなく、プロダクト戦略、カスタマーの導線を踏まえ、 プロダクトの魅力を最大化するディスプレイ・スタイリング・ゾーニング提案を各店舗で行う ブティックVM担当や販売スタッフに対し、VMガイドライン、ディスプレイの意図や訴求するポイントをわかりやすく説明し、ブティックでの再現性と表現力を高めるアドバイスをする 隔月に1～2日程度、深夜勤務あり（ウィンドウディスプレイチェンジ、イベント設営等） 国内出張あり（月1～2回程度） 【応募資格】 ファッション、ラグジュアリー、デザイナーズブランド、または百貨店・専門店でのVMD実務経験3～5年程度 グローバルガイドラインを理解し、店舗環境にあわせたVMD実行・改善経験 ウィンドウディスプレイ、店内レイアウト、プロップ・什器・照明を用いた空間演出の実務経験 店舗スタッフへのVMD指導・トレーニング経験、または店舗スタッフと協働して環境改善した実績 ビジネスレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力（パリチームとのメール、資料確認、ミーティング対応が可能なレベル） Word、Excel、PowerPointを用いたレポート、VMD指示書、提案資料の作成スキル Adobe Illustrator／Photoshop、SketchUp等のデザイン・空間表現ツールの使用経験があれば尚可（任意） 【求める人物像】 ラグジュアリーの世界観を深く理解し、空間を通じてブランド価値を伝えることに情熱を持てる方 ブティックのニーズを理解しつつも、ブランドとコレクションのイメージを守る要として、クリエイティブな感性だけでなく、プロダクト戦略やカスタマーの導線など全体を考慮し、ブティックに対して丁寧なコミュニケーションをとり、VMを実行できる方 ブティックを尊重し、ブティックマネージャーや販売スタッフと信頼関係を築きながら、周囲を巻き込んで職務遂行できる方 細部へのこだわりがあり、構図、色彩、素材、照明、余白のバランスを丁寧に整えられる方 変化の多い環境やタイトなスケジュールにも前向きに対応し、優先順位をつけて主体的に行動できる方 指示を正確に理解するだけでなく、ブランドガイドラインを守りながら、より魅力的なビジュアルマーチャンダイジングを継続的に提案できる方 【勤務地】
