【会社紹介】 ※本ポジションは有期雇用契約のポジションです。 American Expressの人事部門であるColleague Experience Group（CEG）は、キャリア開発、リーダーシップ・ラーニング、報酬・福利厚生、採用、人事労務、社員サポートなど、社員に関わるさまざまな制度やプログラムをグローバルに展開・運営しています。 CEGは、「毎日最高の社員体験を提供し、企業の成長を支えること」をビジョンに掲げています。その実現に向けて、Team Amexのすべてのメンバーが最大限の力を発揮できるよう、必要なリソースやサポートを提供することに取り組んでいます。 【概要】 社員ライフサイクル管理、人事・給与関連業務、福利厚生関連業務、および社員データ管理を通じて、HRオペレーション業務をサポートいただきます。社員、マネージャー、社内ステークホルダー、および外部ベンダーに対する一次窓口として、コンプライアンスを遵守しながら、正確かつ効率的な業務運営と継続的なプロセス改善に貢献していただきます。 【主な職務内容】 1. 正確で信頼性の高いHRオペレーションの提供 ・入社、異動、出向、および退職に伴う社員情報を、ローカルシステムへ適時かつ正確に登録する ・社員からの各種申請（銀行口座の登録・変更、慶弔関連給付、Colleague Card Program、通勤手当変更など）について、人事決裁処理を正確に実施する ・各種雇用証明書の発行および退職者向け企業年金（DC／CB）関連書類処理を行う ・勤怠記録の未完了項目について積極的にフォローアップし、給与システムとの正確なデータ連携を確保する 2. リスク管理および業務品質の向上 ・給与振込エラー発生時に、社員との連携および金融機関への正確な情報提供を通じて、迅速に対応する ・年次健康診断に関する医療機関への支払処理をStream上で実施し、支払担当部署および医療機関との適切な調整を行う ・郵便物の受領記録を適切に管理し、安全かつ正確な配布を行う ・機密性の高い社員情報を適切に取り扱い、コンプライアンスおよびデータ品質の維持に努める 3. ステークホルダーサポートおよび業務効率化の推進 ・人事部向けの社員リストを、正確かつタイムリーに作成・提供する ・社員、マネージャー、社内関係部署、および外部ベンダーに対する信頼できる窓口として対応する ・業務プロセスの効率化およびオペレーションの一貫性向上に向けた改善機会を特定・推進する ・継続的なプロセス改善を通じて、安定的かつ拡張性のあるHRサポート体制の構築に貢献する 【応募資格】 学士号、またはそれに準ずる実務経験を有する方 人事オペレーション、人事管理、給与計算業務、またはコーポレート部門における管理業務の実務経験3年以上 入社・異動・退職手続き、福利厚生関連手続き、勤怠管理など、従業員ライフサイクルに関する業務経験 人事システム（HRIS）および社内ワークフローツールの利用経験 Microsoft
