Career CategoryMarketing Job Description ポジション概要 Area Network Marketing Manager（ANMM）は、担当地域において、地域特性に応じた骨粗鬆症診療ネットワークを構築・稼働・定着させる、実行力を核とするマーケティング職である。 基幹病院、クリニック、地域医師会をつなぎ、骨粗鬆症患者さんが適切なタイミングで評価され、重症度に応じた紹介、治療開始・継続・フォローアップに至る地域の患者導線を整備する。自治体との協業が地域の患者導線上の課題解決に有用な場合は、その機会と実装要件を特定し、V&AおよびMedical部門と連携して、コンプライアンスに沿った協業を推進する。Brand Planを地域で実行可能なquick winに翻訳し、地域ごとに最適な連携モデルを設計・推進する。 病院内におけるBone Care Pathway（BCP）の実装が進みつつある一方、地域に患者さんの受け皿が設計されていなければ、病院外来の負荷が過度に高まるおそれがある。ANMMは、病院で治療された患者さんを地域のクリニックにつなぐ、ならびにクリニックから病院またはDXA保有施設への適切な紹介が行われる仕組みを構築する。 主な業務内容 地域ネットワークの設計・優先順位付け（実行・定着と探索の両立） 患者導線、診断・紹介上の課題、施設の準備度、ステークホルダーの影響力を分析し、優先地域と最適な連携モデルを特定する。あわせて、患者導線上の課題、主要関係者、役割分担、実装障壁、KPIを明確にした地域別実行計画を策定・更新する。 共通の運用ルールを守りながら、地域の患者導線や課題に応じて、必要な施策を「カフェテリア方式」で選択・組み合わせ、地域別実行計画を設計する。短期に実行・定着できるquick winと、将来のインパクトを生む新たな連携・患者導線モデルに関する探索的な取り組みを、バランスよく優先順位付けする。 連携の仕組みづくり・稼働化・定着 基幹病院とクリニック間に、評価・治療方針決定への紹介、地域での継続治療・フォローアップを可能にする、地域の診療連携の実情に即した仕組みを構築・稼働させる。 定期的なフォローアップと課題解決の運営を整備し、ネットワークの継続的な機能化を図る。 適切な情報管理方法に基づき、地域のクリニック等の受入可否・必要条件を把握し、地域連携の設計・運用改善に反映する。ANMMは、個別患者の紹介先選定または紹介判断を代行しない。 外部ステークホルダーおよび自治体連携の推進 医師、病院・クリニックの責任者、地域医師会に直接働きかけ、地域の課題に対する解決策の実装を主導する。 自治体との協業が必要な場合は、地域課題、医療連携の設計、関係者の役割、期待成果を明確化する。自治体または自治体関係者への適切な説明・協業窓口はV&AおよびMedical部門が主体となって担い、ANMMは地域インサイトと医療連携の設計・実装支援を提供する。 フィールドおよびクロスファンクショナルとの実行連携 MR、DSM、eMR、API-CSC、UCB-ODLと緊密に連携し、機会の特定、顧客の巻き込み、実装障壁の解消を行う。 Medical、V&A、Corporate Affairs等の社内ステークホルダーと連携し、公衆衛生（スクリーニング）と医療をつなぐ取り組みを含む実装障壁を解消する。 承認済みの資材、スクリプト、プロセスおよび情報共有方法を使用する。不明確なケースまたは例外的なケースでは、活動を中止し、適切なガバナンスプロセスに沿ってエスカレーションおよび記録を行う。 既存ネットワークの稼働・定着、探索、ONST(Osteoporosis National Screening)プロジェクトとの連携 既存の地域ネットワークを定期的にレビューし、課題解決と実行品質の改善を通じて、継続的な稼働と成果創出を担保する。 優先課題に対して、新たな連携・患者導線モデルを仮説、対象範囲、成功基準、評価時点を明確にして探索する。検証済みのモデルは定着・横展開し、成果見込みが限定的な取り組みは速やかに見直す、または中止する。 長期的な公衆衛生・政策連携を担うONST
