企業概要 Sika（シーカ）は、建築分野および産業分野において、接着、シーリング、防振、補強、保護に関するシステムおよび製品の開発・製造で世界をリードするスペシャリティケミカルメーカーです。 Sika は世界 103 か国に子会社を持ち、400 以上の工場で生産を行い、世界中のお客様に向けて革新的な技術を提供しています。これらの取り組みを通じて、建設業界および輸送業界の環境負荷低減に向けた変革を支える重要な役割を担っています。2025 年には、約 33,000 名の従業員により、*売上高 112 億スイスフラン（CHF）を達成しました。 求人内容 Sika Japanにおける輸入業務をリードし、Sikaグループ内取引（Intercompany）および第三者取引先（3rd Party）からの原材料・製品（外製品を含む）の安定的かつ効率的な輸入を実現するポジションです。入社時はリーダーとして輸入実務全般を主体的に担い、海外出荷元、サプライヤー、乙仲・フォワーダー、倉庫および社内関係部門をつなぐ中心的な役割を果たします。納期、数量、品質、コスト、コンプライアンスを総合的に管理し、将来的には輸入オペレーション全体の管理、KPI管理、業務改善、標準化、メンバー育成等を担うSika Japanの輸入マネージャーへの成長を期待するポジションです。 主な役割 Sika Intercompanyおよび3rd Partyからの原材料・製品（外製品を含む）の輸入業務を担当する 海外出荷元・サプライヤーとの窓口として、発注、出荷数量、納期、出荷スケジュール等の調整を行う 乙仲（通関業者）・フォワーダーと連携し、通関、国際輸送、到着および国内配送までの一連の輸入業務を管理する 自社製品やそれに関連する輸入品に関する税関からの指摘に対応する、また税関事後調査に対応する 購買、需給、生産、品質、営業、倉庫等の社内部門と連携し、必要な納期と安定供給の確保を支援する 輸入遅延、数量差異、破損、誤出荷、品質問題等の発生時に、関係者と連携して早期解決を図る 輸入実績、在庫状況、納期等を適切に管理し、必要な情報を関係者へタイムリーに共有する 輸入業務の効率化、標準化およびサービスレベル向上に向けた改善活動に取り組む 将来的に担当業務の進捗・優先順位の管理やメンバーへのサポートを行い、輸入チームをリードできる人材を目指す 主な責任 Purchase Order（PO）の発注・オーダーフォロー、Order Confirmationの確認、出荷進捗および納期の管理 納期遅延等が発生した場合のExpediteおよび関係者へのエスカレーション 海上・航空・国際宅配便等の輸送手段について、納期・コスト・緊急度を考慮した調整 Commercial
