Job TitleProduct Sales Specialist, MA Job Description Job Title Product Sales Specialist, MA あなたの役割 日本の患者モニタリング市場において、高品質なソリューションを提供するフィリップスのモニタリング事業。その成長を牽引するセールススペシャリストとして、営業戦略の立案から顧客提案、製品デモンストレーションまで幅広く担当いただきます。 生体情報モニターやセントラルモニタリングシステムをはじめとする患者モニタリング製品のスペシャリストとして、臨床的・技術的な観点から営業活動を支援するポジションです。 営業担当者と連携しながら、お客様の課題やニーズを把握し、最適なソリューション提案を行います。また、製品デモンストレーションやプレゼンテーション、見積作成支援、販売戦略の立案・実行を通じて事業成長に貢献していただきます。 市場・競合分析や顧客情報の活用を通じて、患者モニタリング事業の市場拡大と販売力強化を推進し、社内外の関係者と協働しながら顧客価値の最大化を目指します。 主な業務内容 生体情報モニタリング製品の販売戦略立案および実行 営業担当者と連携した顧客提案活動および案件推進 病院・医療機関向け製品デモンストレーションの実施 顧客プレゼンテーションおよび提案資料作成 臨床的・技術的な製品価値の訴求による受注支援 入札案件や見積作成に関するサポート 学会や展示会の企画運営サポートおよび製品訴求活動の推進 CRMを活用した顧客情報・営業活動データの管理および分析 月次売上予測や案件進捗管理を通じた事業計画達成への貢献 マーケティング部門との連携による販売ツールや価格戦略への提言 市場動向・競合情報の収集および営業・マーケティングへのフィードバック 顧客セグメント分析や市場分析を通じた新規事業機会の発掘 継続的な業務改善活動を通じた営業生産性向上の推進 このポジションに求められる実務経験 【経験・スキル】 医療機器業界での法人営業、営業企画、マーケティング、事業企画いずれかの経験 生体情報モニター、患者モニタリング機器に関する知識 顧客との折衝経験および高いコミュニケーション能力 プレゼンテーション能力および提案型営業スキル
