Why Arc’teryx Arc’teryxは「山は私たちを変える（Mountain Transforms Us）」という信念に基づくアウトドアブランドです。山を原点とし、革新とクラフトマンシップを飽くことなく追求しています。山岳環境の中で培われた知識、規律、そして視点は、製品デザインだけでなく、ブランドの伝え方や世界中のコミュニティとのつながり方にも反映されています。 このポジションの役割は、リテールビジネスの動向に合わせて店舗業務効率の最大化を実現することです。主な関係部署と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、継続的に業務プロセスの評価、分析、改善をビジネス状況に合わせて提供することが求められます。そのため、高いコミュニケーション能力が求められ、会社の基準に沿ったオペレーションの構築、新たなプロセスの導入に貢献されることを期待されます。 Key Capabilities 各チームの協力を得て、売上分析に必要なレポートを作成し売上最大化に向けてサポートする。 リテールチーム、様々な部署とのコミュニケーションの中心となり、効果的 に連携が取れるための役割を担う。 ファイナンスチームやITチームと協力し、レジ、在庫管理、免税手続きなどストアオペレーションの問題を解決し、業務の効率化を図る。 定期的に店舗を訪問し、District Managerと連携しながらオペレーションを評価・改善する。 店舗運営に必要なシステム（POS、SAP、トラフィックカウンターなど）をよく理解し、スタッフが適切に使用できるよう状況に応じてオペレーションを改善する。 ショッパーやギフト資材の出荷動向を分析し適正在庫を運営。 新店、移設等の店舗設営が効率よく進められるようプランし、必要なオフィス家具、備品、資材等を手配。 ストック内の整備、 MDチームと協力し店舗在庫を最適化、会社の基準に合わせて棚卸を実施。 ストアメンテナンス（清掃、補修）の手配、進捗管理。 オペレーション最適化に必要な各種ガイドラインやマニュアルの作成。 請求書処理、各種申請書の手続きなど多岐にわたるアドミニストレーション業務。 Candidate Requirements 各部署、店舗スタッフと良好な関係を築くための卓越したコミュニケーション能力 リテールビジネスを理解し、ビジネス状況に合わせた提案ができる強い分析能力 優れたPCスキル：Microsoft Excel（Vlookup、ピボットなど）、Word、 PowerPoint マルチタスクに対応できるタイムマネジメント力、自己管理能力 タスク細部への配慮と、優れたフォローアップ能力 オペレーション改善のため自ら積極的に業務に取り組める姿勢 Preferred skills 小売業（オフィスまたは店舗）でストアオペレーション、または営業サポートの経験３年以上 英語に抵抗がない方（一部のシステムが英語表記のため） Equal
