Job Description: 【職務内容】 大企業だけどベンチャー。そんな職場環境で一緒に成長していきませんか？ITサービスを提供するDXCではビジネスアナリストの募集しています。 事業部長や所属営業のビジネスパートナーとしてDealの進捗確認やレポート作成・分析を担当し、事業部や経営陣の意思決定をサポートします。 担当営業との密なコミュニケーションがとても重要です。 上司や先輩社員からの指導を通して、また担当営業との会話を通して多くの知識を得ることが出来ますので、IT業界経験が未経験の方も、活躍できるポジションです。 データ分析・数値管理のご経験または素養がある方を重視しています。 本ポジションは、データをもとに分析し、意思決定を支援する役割です。 【具体的な業務内容】 •担当営業の総合窓口 •営業からの情報収集、案件進捗状況の把握と報告 （案件獲得までのリスクやチャンス、確度など） •案件状況をSFDCで表現、分析基礎データ管理 •大量データのクレンジングおよび分析 •財務担当者と連携し、月次予測精度向上 •四半期で管理されている契約金額を把握し、確実な案件クローズ •データに基づく分析結果を部門長クラスへ説明し、意思決定に向けた示唆を提供 •次年度予算の策定、顧客戦略計画を営業と作成 •Sales Booking Policyを学び、契約締結に向けて担当事業部や営業へのアドバイス実施 •ビジネスアナリストチームで“何をすればビジネスを成長に導けるのか”を議論、企画、実行 •各種レポートの作成、分析結果に基づくインサイト抽出およびレポーティング（単なる作成業務ではなく、示唆出しを含む） •顧客訪問スケジュール管理 •各種プロセス変更時のサポート 【求める経験や人物像】 •日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（必須） •事業部長／経営層と対等にコミュニケーションができる方 •英語でのコミュニケーション能力（あればなお可） •Excel（Sumif、VLOOKUP、Pivot等）を用いたデータ分析経験（必須） •・数万件規模以上のデータを扱い、加工・分析した経験 •BIツール（Power BI等）によるデータ可視化経験（尚可） •大量データを扱い、ビジネス課題解決に繋げられる方 •高い倫理観をお持ちの方 •積極性がありセルフスターター
