＜職務内容/Main task＞ 所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション ・グローバル市場を対象にした、SDV向けコネクテッドカー&サービスに対応できるコックピットシステムのシステムアーキテクチャおよび基盤機能開発、開発プロセス策定を行う ・具体的には (1) SDV向けコックピットシステムのシステムアーティストとしての先行開発および製品開発 IVIやメータ・クラスターを中心としたサービスを実現するコックピットシステムのコントローラーの開発に関わります。 システムアーティストとして各IVIサービスに紐づく、CPUやメモリー等のハードウェア、OSレイヤ（RTOS、AUTOSAR、Android OS等）、各アプリケーションを統合し将来新たなコックピットシプラットフォームの開発となります。 (2) 開発を支えるDXや開発アジャイル開発手法や仕組みの導入や改善 開発スタイルはアジャイルを導入しつつ、SDV車両開発とコネクテッドシステム開発を両立させる新たなプロセス開発の検討、改善をを行います。 具体的な業務内容と自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション (1) 社会環境の変化、技術動向を見据えたSDV向けコックピットシステムの開発戦略(技術ロードマップ策定) (2) お客様へ新しい体験を提供する為の、SDV向けコックピットシステムアーキテクチャ向け要求仕様定義とその商品化 (3) SDV向けコックピットシステムのグローバルの多くの車種に着実に展開していく為のプロジェクトマネージメント 職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気） 他部品の開発チーム、車両プロジェクト管理チーム、企画部署や海外拠点などの多岐に渡るメンバーとの協力によりグローバル市場にお客様に求められる製品・サービスの企画、開発を推進する活発な雰囲気の部署です。 社内はもちろんのこと協力会社、海外サプライヤー、コネクテッドカー＆サービスを展開する地域との会議があり、英語を使ったコミュニケーションの機会も多く技術領域や文化背景の違うメンバーと切磋琢磨しながら業務を行う環境です。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ 職務を通して得られるやりがい、スキル 自動車業界は100年に一度の変革期を迎えています。Software Defined Vehicle(SDV)の名が示すようにクルマに占めるソフトウェアが増えており、変化するお客様のニーズに迅速に対応するためのコックピットのプラットフォームの開発を担うポストです。 また、社内外の多岐に渡るメンバーとの協力により、ダイナミックに車という製品を作り上げる事に大きな達成感が得られると思います。 コネクテッドカー&サービス全般の知識、車両開発に対応したコネクテッド&サービス開発の知識とスキル、プロジェクトマネージメントスキル、また英語でのコミュニケーションスキルが獲得できます。 将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション SDV向けコネクテッドカー＆サービス開発のエンジニアとしてのキャリアを醸成した後、マネジメントポジションに進めます
