Job Description 【MD】 職務内容 オンコロジー領域の複数品目の早期、後期開発プロジェクトの医学専門家（Medical Expert）を募集しております。業務内容としては科学的・医学的な専門知識・経験を基に、医学専門家業務、早期、後期開発のプロジェクト・リード、臨床試験実施のための社内外における折衝（社内関連部署、CRO、KOLとの折衝）及び進捗管理、海外グローバルチーム・カウンターパートとの協業、薬事部門との協働による規制当局への対応、パブリケーション業務等を行います。当社は、日本国内、米国本社に多数のMDが在籍し、MD間の交流も盛んであり、当社におけるMDのキャリアも多様です。 以下にオンコロジークリニカルディベロップメントで現在、業務を行っているMDの職務内容を示します。今後、カジュアル面談などを通じてご本人のご興味、これまでの経験などを加味し、適切な業務にアサインしていくことを考えております。 医学専門家業務 開発チームの一員として、開発案件に対する医学専門家としてのアドバイス、文書（治験実施計画書や申請資料等）の医学的レビューを行う。 irAE（免疫関連有害事象）、AE/SAE 等に対するアドバイス・管理（社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションを含む） 社内関連部門に対する医学教育（社内チーム対象のレクチャー、論文紹介を含む） Oncology領域の早期、後期開発のプロジェクト・リード 戦略的開発計画の立案、プロトール考案、総括報告書作成の業務マネジメント 臨床試験実施のための社内外における折衝（社内関連部署、CRO、KOLとの折衝）及び進捗管理 海外グローバルチーム・カウンターパートとの協業 規制当局への対応 アドバイザリー・ボード関連業務 国内開発等に関するアドバイザリー・ボード会議の企画立案、運営 グローバル研究開発に関連するアドバイザリー・ボード会議関連業務（研究者の推薦・支援等） 規制当局への対応業務 当局提出資料の作成、照会事項回答作成とレビュー、当局相談への臨床担当としての出席と議論 パブリケーション関連業務 パブリケーション・プランの作成、パブリケーションに関するプロセス管理 製品に関する総説等の論文執筆 国内および国際学会における科学的・医学的情報収集活動 医師・医療関係者とグローバル本社間での科学的・医学的エンゲージメント活動の支援・管理 応募資格 ＜教育＞ 医師免許（必須）。 がん領域を含む５年以上の国内臨床経験（必須）。 国内外企業治験、アカデミア臨床研究、または医師主導型治験・研究者主導型研究の経験（目安として3年以上尚可）。 医学、薬学、看護学、または自然科学分野における博士号保持者尚可。 ＜語学力＞ ネイティブレベルの日本語力（必須）。 ビジネスレベルの英語力：グローバル部門関係者と、科学的・医学的ならびにビジネス一般の討議および日常業務がスムーズにできること（必須）。特に、ビジネスレベルの会話能力を有すること。
