Description Overview Browsi Mobile株式会社に於いて、日本の媒体社、パートナーに対してBrowsiソリューションの新規導入に関する企画・提案・クロージング・ナーチャリングというビジネスの根幹部分に携わっていただきます。 日本の主要なプレミアム媒体社に向けた戦略を自身で大きな裁量権を持ちながら策定・実行する機会が得られます。業務内容は、影響力のある主要な利害関係者の特定、重要な社内外の関係構築、媒体社を第一に考えた、Browsiソリューションのみにとどまらない幅広い広告製品の利用促進などです。 このポジションでは、イスラエル本国のシニアリーダーシップチーム（CEO, CRO, CFO）やグローバルなプロダクト／ビジネスチームと密に連携し、日本市場向けに最適化された適切な広告商品を適切な媒体社・パートナーに提供します。日本のデジタル広告の状況を深く理解し、長期的な事業拡大のために、顧客とパートナー双方に利益をもたらす関係を構築することが求められます。 理想的な候補者は、収益責任を伴うキーアカウントセールスまたはキーアカウントマネジメントの経験を持ち、戦略的顧客の獲得や長期的な戦略的パートナーシップの締結、多様な広告商品のアップセルとクロスセルの実績、卓越したコミュニケーション能力を有している方です。また、ビジネス、製品、市場の機会と課題について戦略的かつ分析的に考える能力も必要です。説得力のある価値提案を構築して伝える能力、組織横断的に連携してコンセンサスを構築する能力、論理だけでは通じないお客様をどの様に攻略するかという知恵も重要です。強い当事者意識、業務を通じて学ぶ意欲、数字に対する圧倒的こだわりを持っていることが求められます。 Key job responsibilities 新規媒体社や新規販売パートナーの開拓等の新たなビジネス開発を推進する。 パートナーとの契約交渉・締結、その内容を元にした本国（イスラエル）との交渉。 販売チャネルの戦略構築（パートナーやパブリッシャーとの定期的なビジネスレビューを含む） 長期的にパイプラインとビジネスの創出につながる拡張可能なキャンペーン（インセンティブプラン等）を作成、推進、実行を行う。 主要なパフォーマンス指標の目標値・その管理方法を検討しをそれに基づき管理・更新・達成する（適切なセールスパイプラインの質と量、アウトバウンド活動の量、未開拓のアカウントの数など）。 オンボーディングトレーニングを新しい担当者を対象に実施する。 セールスチャネルを成功に導くための組織横断的なパートナーシップの構築。 日本以外の地域のセールス担当者と定期的に連携を取り、ビジネスの成長につながる情報の交換を行いそれを日本地域の発展に活かす。 About the position このポジションの主な役割は、パートナー・媒体社のビジネスコンディション・組織構造・中期経営計画を始めとしたあらゆる情報をご自身が主体的に収集し、それを逐次最新の内容に更新し続けて理解をするところから始まります。マネージャーに頼る事なく、パートナー・媒体社の決裁者と主体的且つ定期的にコミュニケーションを取っていただく事が活動の概要となります。同様に、パートナー・媒体社、社内の他事業部門長以上とのリレーション構築とイニシアチブの推進も役割の重要な焦点となります。 About the team Browsi Mobile株式会社は、日本を代表する大手媒体社、パートナー向けのソリューションプロバイダーとしてお客様を最優先に考え、日々主体的な提案活動を行う組織です。あらゆる点で自らがプロアクティブに動き出す、主体的/積極的な提案姿勢が求められます。最先端のAIの強みを活かし、Browsiを利用することによる収益構造の変化や向上率を試算・可視化したり、広告売上だけではないユーザーエクスペリエンスの指標も踏まえた包括的な効果測定を用いてパートナー・媒体社に対して価値ある提案が出来ることも醍醐味です。また、イスラエルに在籍するさまざまなチームのリソースを活用しつつ、既存の枠にとらわれない革新的な提案を、ご自身で大きな裁量権を持ちながら推進できるのも魅力です。 基本条件 ネイティブレベルの日本語力 英語力: 業務での実務経験（社内外Cレベルのステークホルダーとのメール・ミーティング（特に、交渉）、およびイントラで使用） 広告業界5年以上の経験＋媒体社でのマネタイズ及びそのコンサルティングに関する5年以上の経験 プログラマティック広告商品、インターネット広告業界の基礎知識 HTML/CSS等基本的なプログラミング言語の仕組み・構造の理解 歓迎条件
