職種：ハードウェア認証・プログラムマネジメント（日本市場） 職務概要 日本市場向け製品のハードウェア認証プロセスを包括的にサポートするポジションです。米国本社のコンプライアンスチームと日本国内の関係者との重要な窓口として、製品の円滑な市場投入と法規制への適合を確実にする役割を担います。 主な職務内容：ハードウェア認証サポート プロセスマネジメント： 米国のコンプライアンスチームと連携し、日本市場向け新製品の認証状況をモニタリング・管理する。 法規制対応： 日本の関連規制（VCCI、電波法／電気通信事業法に基づく技術基準適合証明・Giteki、PSE）に関する最新情報を把握し、関係チームへ共有・展開する。 リリースサポート： 認証の進捗状況に基づき、ローカライゼーションの状況を確認し、サポート体制を確認するとともに、販売代理店向けのSKU単位での製品情報を管理する。 ステークホルダーマネジメント： 認証に関する社内チームおよび販売パートナーの主要な窓口となり、必要に応じて政府当局や認証機関との交渉・調整を行う。 プロセス改善： 製品展開時に発生する問題を解決するため、是正措置や業務効率化・プロセス改善を推進する。 プログラムマネジメント業務 ライフサイクルマネジメント： 組織の戦略目標を支援するプログラムを計画・実行・モニタリングし、スコープ、スケジュール、リソースを管理する。 ガバナンス＆レポーティング： 効果的な意思決定を行うためのガバナンス体制を構築し、ステークホルダーに対して進捗状況および財務状況に関する定期的なレポートを提供する。 チェンジマネジメント： 継続的なコミュニケーションやチェンジマネジメントの施策を通じて、プログラムの目標達成と成熟度向上を支援する。 リスク＆リソースマネジメント： プロジェクト間の依存関係やリスクを特定・管理し、チームの能力向上に向けたトレーニングや人材育成を行う。 複雑性の高い課題への対応： 分析的な判断力と革新的なソリューションを用いて、複雑かつ高リスクな問題を解決するとともに、成功指標や業務上の基準を設定する。 必須スキル・経験 法規制に関する知識： 日本におけるハードウェア認証（VCCI、電波法／電気通信事業法に基づくGiteki、PSE）についての基礎的な理解。 コミュニケーション： ネイティブレベルの日本語力、グローバルな協業に必要なビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）に加え、戦略的かつ柔軟な対人コミュニケーション能力。 実行力： 自ら調査・整理を行い、主体的にタスクを推進して完遂する能力。 ITリテラシー： 様々なツールを積極的に学習し、活用できる能力。 モチベーション： Cisco製品について深い知識を習得することへの強い意欲。
