Service Account Executive 主な職務内容 Dell Technologies Service事業部に所属し、コアセールスやスペシャリティセールスと共に、お客様のITインフラサービスの課題をコンサルタティブアプローチで課題解決に導きます。 IT導入・見直しなどの計画段階では、サービスプリセールスと共に課題の整理、As/Is、To/Beモデルを策定し、どのような優先順位でどの位の期間で解決するのかを最初にお客様と進め方について大枠合意形成し、コンサルティングの提案をリードします。 また、IT導入段階では、安定運用に向け、またお客様のご要望に沿った導入・構築サービス（ディプロイ）をご提案し、運用の課題には、お客様のご要望に沿って部分的に運用のご支援を行うレジデンシーサービス、もしくは抜本的な運用の改善に向けたマネージドサービスをご提案するなど、お客様の課題とご要望に耳を傾けながらサービスプリセールスと提案内容をまとめ、サービスを提供するデリバリーチームと連携し、最終的にサービス提案の受注をリードする役割です。 具体的な職務内容は以下の通りです。 Global・APJ・日本の戦略をベースに、担当するお客様で与えられた目標を達成するための戦略を立案し、その計画に基づいた営業活動を推進し、経過を定期的に報告し、財務目標を達成する責任を持ちます。 お客様の課題に対して、Multi Cloud、AI+Data Management、Security & Resiliency、Modern Workplace、という4つの領域のコンサルティングサービスに焦点を当て、ソリューションセリングを行います。 コアセールスチームが作成するアカウントプランに参画し、コンサルティングアプローチによる引き合い創出活動を行い、戦略的に提案する機会を創ります。 また、注力するアカウントから大きなサービスビジネスを創出し、信頼させるパートナーとなるための役員レベルを含めた関係構築を行い、継続的なビジネスを創り出します。 コアセールスチームやプリセールスチーム、デリバリーチームと協力しながら、お客様の課題、ご要望、RFPに対してベストプラクティスも参考にしながサービス提案をリードします。 ソリューションプリンシパルがリードする提案書がお客様にとって最適であるか検証し、必要に応じて加筆修正を行います。 お客様が予算確保に必要となる情報を提供し、コアセールスチームと協力して契約の締結、受注を目指します。 受注した場合には、提案したデリバリー内容が履行できるようにソリューションプリンシパルと協力してデリバリーチームに引継ぎます。 培った経験と事例をベースに、チームに対するスキルアップ、チーム目標達成に貢献します。 応募条件 10年以上IT業界でのサービス（コンサルティング、システムインテグレーションなど）の営業経験 ハードウェア製品、クラウドサービス、AI/生成AI、運用、自動化の基礎知識及び提案経験 英語力（TOEIC 600点以上） 求める人物像 愚直であきらめない気持ちを持っている方 問題・課題を自ら進んで解決に導く事ができる方 新しいことでも自身で積極的に学べる方 計画した事は、自身でレビューしながら常に見直し、ベストな方向に実行し続ける事ができる方 複数メンバーと協業して提案活動を行えるチームプレーヤー 傾聴姿勢で多様的な意見を尊重し、ご自身の意見を述べられる方...
