Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description ポジション概要 シニアアカウンタント（General Ledger：総勘定元帳）は、日本ファイナンスチームにおけるGeneral Ledger（GL）業務を担当します。具体的には、複雑な仕訳の作成・起票を独立して行い、勘定残高のレビュー、勘定照合（リコンシリエーション）の実施、財務データの分析、会計関連文書の維持管理、担当領域における月次・四半期・年次決算業務をリードします。 Band 5のポジションとして、高い正確性と責任感を持って担当する会計業務を自律的に遂行することが期待されます。会計原則、財務報告、General Ledgerプロセスに関する深い知識に加え、会社の会計方針および一般に公正妥当と認められた会計原則（GAAP）を適切に適用し、専門的な判断を下す能力が求められます。 また、関係者との積極的なコミュニケーションを図り、担当範囲内の会計・業務上の課題を自ら解決し、業務改善の機会を見出すとともに、部門横断的なプロジェクトをリードすることが期待されます。複雑または高リスクな案件については、分析結果、会計上の見解、および解決策の提案を添えてマネージャーへエスカレーションします。 主な職務内容 月次・四半期・年次のGL決算業務をサポートする。 複雑な仕訳を独立して作成・レビュー・起票する。 担当勘定の残高を確認し、基本的な勘定照合作業を実施する。 税務申告、法定報告、監査、社内報告、その他コンプライアンス対応に必要なデータを抽出・整理する。 会計業務に必要な証憑や関連資料を適切に保管・管理する。 必要に応じて、担当業務の業務フローを関係者へ説明する。 担当範囲内の定型的な課題に対応し、解決できない事項については、解決案を添えて直属のマネージャーへ報告・相談する。 担当領域における会計業務および業務プロセスの見直し・改善を支援する。 臨時案件、問題解決、部門横断プロジェクトを主体的に推進する。 必須資格・経験 経理・財務部門、監査法人、会計事務所等における実務経験5年以上、または同等の経験。 簿記、仕訳、勘定科目の特性、General Ledgerプロセスに関する高度な理解。 日常的な仕訳作成や決算業務の実務経験。 Excelを使用した会計データの抽出・整理・レビューができること。 細部に注意を払い、期限内に正確に業務を遂行できる能力。 優れた日本語でのコミュニケーション能力。 メール、各種文書、システム関連のやり取りができるビジネスレベルの英語（読み書き）。 業務改善志向を持ち、効率化の機会を発見・実行できる能力。 歓迎資格・経験
