補聴器大手グローバルブランド『Widex』『Signia』を扱う補聴器専門店を展開する当社。補聴器は日本でも高齢化に伴い需要が拡大しています。販売スタッフとして圧倒的な働きやすさの中で、専門資格の取得支援も充実のポジションです。 業務内容 全国に100店舗以上を展開する補聴器専門店「ブルーム」の販売スタッフとして、耳の聞こえにお困りのお客様へ補聴器のご提案を行って頂きます。ご購入後も長期的にお客様一人ひとりに寄り添ったサポートが可能です。 《業務の流れ》 【カウンセリング】耳の聞こえの状態や、補聴器へのご要望について詳しくカウンセリングします。 【商品の選定・調整】カウンセリング内容と聞こえの状態から、お客様に合った補聴器をご提案。耳に装用してもらい、聞こえ具合を確認・調整していきます。 【アフターフォロー】ご購入後も定期的にご来店いただき、補聴器の調整を行います。長きに渡りお客様とお付き合いできるお仕事です。 必要な能力・経験 【いずれか必須】 ■接客販売のご経験（アルバイト経験のみは不可） ■営業のご経験 【歓迎】 ■眼鏡店や補聴器店での接客販売のご経験 ■普通自動車運転免許（あれば尚可） ※先輩社員がしっかりとサポートします※ 働きやすい環境 年間休日125日（年末年始/夏季休暇あり）、勤務時間は毎日09:30～18:00、 ワークライフバランスを重視できる環境です。 スキルが身につく きこえの改善サポートのプロフェッショナルを認定する認定補聴器技能者資格取得費用は 会社が全額負担。取得に向けて会社がしっかりとサポートします。 【仕事の魅力】 ・お客様一人ひとりに寄り添った接客カウンセリングを大事にしたお仕事です。 売って終わりではなく、長きに渡りお客様と関係を築きたいという方には お勧めのお仕事です。 ・入社後は、教育部という部署が定期的に研修を実施し、技術や商品知識の習得をサポート します。また、「認定補聴器技能者」の資格取得を目指して頂きます。 取得に関わる費用は全て会社がバックアップ。 しっかりとした専門知識を持ち、プロフェッショナルなお仕事をすることができます。 【残業時間について】 平均残業時間は月10時間未満（2023年度実績：3.1時間/月）となります。 【変更の範囲】 従事すべき業務：当社業務全般 就業場所：本社及び全国の店舗 採用ホームページ https://www.bloomhearing.jp/ja-jp/recruitment...
