Job Description 特約店との戦略的なパートナーシップを確立し、自社製品の市場での安定的かつタイムリーな流通体制を確保し、双方の利益を最大化する。 より質の高い販売計画の策定やビジネスの安定供給のため、特約店の適正在庫量のモニタリングと推測に責任を持ち、自社製品の価値を最大化する。 担当疾患領域の製品戦略に則り、売上を最大化するための営業方針を策定し、展開する。 流通戦略の立案・検討 自社製品のマーケティング戦略、想定使用実態に基づき、流通方法を検討する。 経営陣に対し流通チャネル選択肢の優先順位を説明し、社内合意を取り付ける。 特約店とのリベートや支払い等の条件を透明性をもって経営陣に説明し、社内合意を取り付ける。 契約内容は定期的に見直し、自社製品の価値を最大化する。 特約店幹部との信頼関係構築・維持と情報収集 社内で合意した流通戦略・方針に基づき、特約店と交渉を行い、契約を締結する。 契約に基づいた特約店への支払いを手順に則り遂行する。 取引特約店幹部との定期的なインタビュー機会を設定し、顔が見える関係を維持する。 取引特約店各社の在庫ポリシーを把握し、社内関係者へ共有する。 受注担当部門(PO&T)と連携し、取引特約店からの受発注、出荷、返品等の、問い合わせ窓口として対応する。 有事の業務継続計画の遂行において、特約店関連業務を担当する。 セールスサイクルプランへの落とし込みと遂行管理 マーケティングプラン、全社販売計画をもとに、担当製品のテリトリー販売計画のロジックをBUと合意する。 BUと調整しながら、ターゲティング、セグメンテーション、サイクル使用資材、データの更新プロセスをタイムリーに進める。 販売計画に対するRHのオーナーシップを促す。 インセンティブプランに対するRHの理解とオーナーシップを促す。 販売状況、市場価格のモニタリング 売上進捗、活動計画実行状況を定期的に追跡し、営業活動生産性向上のため、継続的にRHに対する支援を行う。 市場価格をモニタリングし、状況を把握し、マーケットアクセスチームへ共有し、次回薬価改定予測に役立てる。 JD-Netシステム改定等の業界動向を情報収集し、関係者に情報共有し、必要に応じて予算化等の対応を行う。 薬価改定が行われる年次は、関係する社内データベースの情報を更新する。 Qualifications 学士号以上 (MBA等の修士があれば好ましい) 10年以上の医薬品業界での営業または流通業務の経験 うち、5年以上の医薬品業界でのセールスマネージャー以上の経験 マイクロソフトのオフィスツール（エクセル、パワーポイント等）を使い、売上データの分析や説明資料を作成できる ビジネス英会話（望ましい） Additional Information
