事業概要 株式会社Channel Corporationは「企業と顧客の間にあるコミュニケーションの問題を解決する」をミッションに、AIを中核技術として、顧客とのコミュニケーションの価値を最大化する「All in One AIメッセンジャー チャネルトーク」を提供しています。 顧客データを基盤とした問い合わせ対応の設計、電話・メール・チャットの一元管理に加え、AIによる対応業務の高度な自動化・最適化を通じて、カスタマーサポートの効率化から顧客体験の向上までを一気通貫で実現します。 現在は日本・韓国・アメリカの3拠点で事業を展開しており、230,000社以上の企業に導入されています。従業員約200名のうち半数にあたる100名がエンジニアで構成されており、AIを前提としたプロダクト開発体制を背景に、BtoB AI領域においてアジアでも最速水準で成長を続けています。 また当社は、AIをプロダクトに組み込むだけでなく、AIを業務・組織・意思決定の前提とするAI Nativeな組織として事業を推進しています。プロダクト開発、営業、カスタマーサクセス、オペレーションなど全領域においてAIを日常的に活用し、高い生産性とスピードを維持しながら事業成長を続けています。 募集背景 チャネルトークは顧客数・利用規模ともに拡大を続けており、今後のさらなる成長において、既存顧客の成功と継続的な事業拡大はこれまで以上に重要なテーマとなっています。 私たちが目指しているのは、単に契約更新を行ったり、顧客からの問い合わせに対応したりするアカウントマネジメントではありません。 顧客の事業課題やプロダクト利用データを起点に、成功の兆しや課題、利用拡大の機会を先回りして捉え、顧客の成果とチャネルトークの事業成長を同時に実現するアカウントマネジメント組織をつくることを目指しています。 現在はAM組織全体の再構築フェーズにあり、AIを活用した利用データのモニタリングや、アップセル機会・リスクを自動検知するアラートシステムなど、新しい顧客マネジメントの仕組みづくりを進めています。 アカウントマネジメントマネージャーには、自ら重要顧客の成功と利用拡大を牽引するだけでなく、チームの戦略・KPI・オペレーション・育成の仕組みを構築し、再現性のあるアカウントマネジメントモデルをつくっていただきます。 既存のアカウントマネジメントチームをさらに進化させるため、経営陣や営業、カスタマーサクセス、プロダクトチームと連携しながら、組織体制・業務プロセス・顧客対応のあり方を再構築していくポジションです。 業務内容 アカウントマネジメント戦略・組織設計 リテンション/ 利用拡大戦略および主要KPIの設計・実行 顧客セグメントやアカウントマネジメントプロセスの設計・改善 AI・データを活用した顧客管理の仕組みづくり 顧客成功・利用拡大の推進 顧客の事業課題に基づく中長期的なアカウントプランの策定 アップセル / クロスセル、リニューアル、チャーンリスクへの対応 経営層を含む主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築 チームマネジメント メンバーの目標設定、1on1、評価・パフォーマンスマネジメント メンバーの育成・コーチングおよび成功事例の標準化 採用・オンボーディングを含むチームビルディング 部門横断での連携

【新規事業】TikTok Shopアカウントマネージャー｜組織の1→100拡大に挑戦 業務内容 クライアント（大手ナショナルクライアント等）のTikTok Shopにおける販売戦略の策定から実行、アカウント管理までをトータルで支援します。単なる「運用代行」ではなく、クライアントの事業成長（GMV最大化）をミッションとし、「戦略策定〜実行〜改善」まで踏み込んだコンサルティングを行います。 また、本ポジションは「1→100」の組織拡大フェーズのコアメンバーとして、マニュアル整備やチームビルディング、マネジメントも担っていただきます。 販売戦略の立案・すり合わせ（Weekly / Monthly）：クライアントと密に連携し、週次・月次での販売目標を策定。「どの商品を」「いつ」「いくらで」「どう売るか」の仮説構築。 プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）とチーム組成：策定した戦略を実行するために必要なリソースを特定。社内・パートナーを含めた最適なチームアサインと進捗管理。 数字の分析と全方位的な改善実行：データ分析： 販売データ、視聴データ、コンバージョン率を詳細に分析。 物流・在庫最適化： 先方の物流状況を把握し、欠品防止や配送効率のアドバイス。 価格調整： 市場競合や利益率を鑑みたダイナミックな価格戦略の提案。 社内連携： クリエイターやライブコマース等、フロント側の発信内容と販売戦略の連動。 応募条件 【必須要件】 EC運用経験 または 広告運用経験（2年以上） EC戦略の設計能力： 自ら仮説を組み立て、施策を提案できる方。 プロジェクト進行管理能力： ボリュームの大きな案件や複数の関係者を巻き込んだ進行経験。 データ分析スキル： 数字から課題を抽出し、Todoリスト化できる方。 顧客伴走型の支援経験： 法人営業やコンサルティングの経験。 PL管理スキル： ブランド全体やECチャネルの損益計算書を理解し、提案に活かせる方。 【歓迎要件】 マネジメント経験（2〜3名以上）： メンバーの育成や進捗管理の経験。
