企業概要 Santenは、眼科領域に特化したグローバル製薬企業として、世界中の人々が「見る」ことを通じて、より豊かで幸せな人生を送れるよう、目の健康の維持・向上に取り組んでいます。 1890年に日本・大阪で創業して以来、135年以上にわたり、眼科領域における医薬品および医療機器の研究開発・製造、および販売を通じて、世界中の人々の目の健康をサポートしてきました。 Santenは眼科領域を専門とし、緑内障、ドライアイ、感染症、アレルギー、加齢黄斑変性、近視など、幅広い疾患領域に対応する製品ポートフォリオを有しています。 求人内容 本ポジションは、Santenにおけるエンタープライズ・リスクマネジメント、コンプライアンスリスク、内部統制活動の設計・運用・モニタリングおよび継続的改善を支援する役割である。 各事業部門、リージョン／グローバル関係者、統制責任者と連携し、重要な業務リスク、コンプライアンスリスク、倫理リスク、事業継続リスクを特定・評価・報告し、適切な低減策の実行を支援する。 危機・緊急リスク対応のガバナンス、ならびに内部通報・Speak-up案件に関する事実確認、情報収集、是正・再発防止対応を支援し、公正かつ適時な問題解決に貢献する。 Specialist Careerとして、限定的な監督のもとで合意された施策を遂行し、リスクに関する示唆を整理して関係者に提言するとともに、ポリシー・基準・プロセスの改善を提案することが期待される。 エンタープライズ・リスクマネジメント／ガバナンス • 担当領域におけるリスクの特定、評価、優先順位付け、低減策の策定、モニタリング、報告プロセスを運用・改善する。 • 事業部門・各リージョンと連携し、リスクワークショップやヒアリングを実施し、リスクオーナー、対応策、期限、進捗を明確化・追跡する。 エンタープライズ・リスクマネジメント／ガバナンス • 担当領域におけるリスクの特定、評価、優先順位付け、低減策の策定、モニタリング、報告プロセスを運用・改善する。 • 事業部門・各リージョンと連携し、リスクワークショップやヒアリングを実施し、リスクオーナー、対応策、期限、進捗を明確化・追跡する。 コンプライアンスリスク、内部統制、予防策 • コンプライアンスリスクの識別、点検、報告、フォローアップを支援し、社内規程、関連法令、事業実態に即した実効的な統制・予防策を提案する。 • Finance/Internal Control、Internal Audit、プロセスオーナーと連携し、統制上のギャップを特定し、是正対応の進捗確認と持続的な改善を推進する。 危機・緊急リスク対応支援 • 緊急または顕在化が予見されるリスク事案が発生した際、危機管理委員会等の事務局運営を支援し、議題準備、情報収集、議事録・アクション管理、エスカレーション資料作成を行う。 内部通報／Speak-up案件支援 • 内部通報、疑義ある不正行為、ポリシー違反等に関し、事実確認、証跡収集、関係者ヒアリング、記録作成を実施または支援し、機密性と公正性を確保しながら是正・再発防止策につなげる。 リスク分析、報告、コミュニケーション • 経営層および関連委員会向けに、リスク／統制状況、課題、選択肢、提言を分かりやすく整理した報告資料、ダッシュボード、アクショントラッカーを作成する。

IT関連コンプライアンスに関するガバナンスの運用および継続的改善 GxP、CSV、および製薬・医療機器業界におけるその他の適用法規制に関するSantenのDITコンプライアンスについて、方針、基準、およびプロセスを運用・維持し、継続的に改善することにより、運用の一貫性および継続的改善を確保する。 Santenの事業特性および規制要件に基づき、適切なコンプライアンス水準を明確化するとともに、その整合を図り、ステークホルダーに対して方向性を示し、改善を推進する。 ステークホルダーと連携してDITコンプライアンスのガバナンスフレームワークを運用し、主要課題の特定および改善施策の実行を推進する。 DITコンプライアンスに関する成熟度およびリスク指標を維持・向上させ、これらを可視化し、DITおよびQAマネジメントに報告する。
