■ 職務内容 市場、疾患、患者、医療従事者に関する情報をベースに市場分析を行いBrand team、BUのシニアリーダーに対してBrand strategy作成に必要な提案を行う。 主なJob outputは、(1) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案(2) 各製品の売り上げ予測 Responsibility (1) 市場調査結果/セカンダリー分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案と各種プロジェクトのリードをする -市場調査結果とセカンダリーデータを用いた分析を行い顧客インサイトを明確にする。 -各種データを用いたBrand performanceのモニタリングと課題の同定・原因分析を行う。 -社内stake folderを巻き込みながら課題解決のためのactionにつながるマーケットリサーチの企画・提案・実行を行う。 -上記の分析結果から明確にされた課題の解決策を導くために社内stakeholderを巻き込みながらプロジェクトの推進とサポートをしていく。 (2) 各製品の売り上げ予測をする -担当製品の予測に最適なモデルを同定し、精度の高いモデルを構築する。 -予測に必要なkey assumptionを明確にし、各種データ分析結果等をもとにkey assumption (impact）を作成する。 -将来に起こりうる各イベントの影響を加味しより精度の高いForecastを作成する。 -作成したForecastを社内stakefolderに提案し同意を得る -営業の販売目標と連動したKPIを提供する。 -予測とactualの乖離分析を元に、課題の同定をleadし、社内stakeholderに解決策につながる提案/サポートを行う。 ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 /
