シニアアートディレクター Location: Tokyo, Japan 私たちについて Limit Breakは、深い専門知識、個人と業界の成長、そして卓越した技術を基本理念としています。モバイルゲーム業界の世界的リーダーとして、ゲームの枠を超えたデジタル市場の変革と活気あるコミュニティの構築に取り組んでいます。最新技術や暗号通貨を活用し、創造力豊かなビジョンで世界中の人々を繋げる体験を提供しています。 Limit Breakは、Buckley VenturesやParadigm Venturesなどの著名な投資家からの支援を受けています。共にゲーム業界の未来を形作る才能溢れる人材を探しております。 Limit Breakの一員として、あなたの創造性と情熱、私たちと共に限界を超える挑戦に参加しませんか。 ポジション概要 シニアアートディレクターとして、ゲーム内の2Dアート、セールスアート、UI/UXを横断的に管轄していただきます。 経営陣から提示される方針や優先事項を素早く理解し、具体的なビジュアル、制作計画、チームのアクションへ落とし込むことが求められます。 品質だけでなく、スピード、コスト、実現可能性を踏まえて優先順位を判断し、社内メンバーや外部パートナーと連携しながら、必要なアセットを迅速に提供できる制作体制を構築・運用していただきます。 また、生成AIを単なる補助ツールとしてではなく、企画、デザイン探索、量産、修正、品質管理までを含む制作パイプラインの一部として活用し、チームへの導入と定着を推進していただきます。 業務内容 アートチーム（2Dアート、セールスアート、UI/UX）のマネジメント 各領域の担当者や外部パートナーに対する明確なディレクション、フィードバック、承認基準の設定 チームメンバーの特性やスキルを把握し、プロジェクトの状況に応じた適切なアサインを実施 必要に応じて自ら方向性を提示し、ペイントオーバー、レイアウト調整、リファレンス作成などを通じて制作をリード トップダウンの方針への対応 経営陣、ディレクター、ゲームデザイナーから提示される要望や方向性を正確に理解し、制作可能な形へ迅速に変換 品質、コスト、スケジュールのバランスを踏まえ、現実的な制作方法や代替案を提案 決定した方針をチームへ分かりやすく共有し、認識のずれや手戻りを最小化 2Dアートの監修 キャラクター、背景、プロップ、イベントビジュアルなど、ゲーム内で使用される2Dアート全般の監修 ゲームの世界観やターゲットユーザーに適したアートスタイルの定義と品質管理 ゲーム内の各要素やマーケティング素材を含めた、ブランドとしての統一感の維持 セールスアートの監修 ストア、広告、SNS、キャンペーン、ゲーム内イベントなどで使用するセールスアートの企画・監修 マーケティングチームと連携し、訴求目的やターゲットに応じたクリエイティブを制作 ゲーム本編とセールスアートの印象に大きな乖離が生じないよう、ブランド表現を管理 UI/UXの監修
