Job Description キャトル事業部のカスタマーコンサルタントとして、動物用医薬品(ワクチン、抗菌剤、ホルモン剤など)の販売活動を促進し、売上を最大化する。担当エリアの顧客に対してコンサルテーションサービスを提供し、自社製品を通じ動物の健康に貢献する。 現在3名募集中 ①北海道エリア/ 札幌オフィス ②九州中四国エリア/ 福岡オフィス ③東北エリア/東京オフィス 主な業務: ・担当特約店、担当エリアの販売計画の達成 ・販売促進活動、特約店推進活動、担当特約店の流通管理 ・牛向け動物用医薬品の販売促進 ・農場担当の獣医師やコンサルタントと生産者に対し、疾病を主とした様々な問題やニーズに応じたコン サルテーションサービスの提供を行う。 ・動物用医薬品、抗生剤、検査をはじめ、その必要な基礎知識を有し製品情報概要について理解し、有用性及び競合品との差別化について説明する。 ・エンドユーザー、担当特約店幹部、実務者との良好な関係を構築、維持向上 ・最新の畜産情報、また担当エリアの市場動向や競合他社の情報をタイムリーに入手し、生産性の高い販売活動に利用する。 ・法規制、コンプライアンスを遵守する。 必要とされる経験・スキル・資格: ・3年以上の畜産業界、動物薬、飼料メーカー等での営業経験 ・畜産/獣医学的知識、獣医師資格あれば尚可 ※必須ではございません。 ・コミュニケーションスキル ・基礎的ITスキル ・英語力 ※業務上は必要ございませんが、将来的キャリアパスを希望される方は必要となります。 ・普通自動車運転免許 【勤務例】 週1日内勤。外勤(出張)有り:最長4泊5日 リモート面談も活用し効率的な活動をしております。 Current Employees apply HERE Current
