Job Description Position Summary 主な役割責任：(このポジションの役割責任には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません) 担当製品の在庫計画、調達計画の立案、社内・社外サプライヤーへの発注、納期管理、あるいは供給上の課題・問題解決を関連部署と協働の上リードし、担当製品の継続的な安定供給を保持することで、サンドジャパンの業績向上、予算達成に貢献する。また、適切な在庫管理、システム処理、マスターデータの設定など、内部統制上求められる要件を担保し、会社としてのコンプライアンス遵守にも貢献する。 具体的な業務内容例 · 担当製品の在庫、調達計画の立案、モニタリング · サプライヤー（国内・国外）への製品発注、納期管理・折衝、良好な関係性の構築 · 社内関連部門への調達状況、在庫状況の情報共有、ビジネスリスクと対策の提言 · KPI（在庫金額、廃棄金額、納期遵守率、安全在庫順守率など）の管理、達成 · SAPシステムを通じた発注処理、受入処理、請求書処理などの日常オペレーション · 効率化、適正化を目的としたSAPシステムのマスターデータメンテナンス · 関連部門を巻き込んだ担当製品における課題、あるいは品質問題等の問題解決 · 既存プロセス、オペレーションに対する改善提案、業務効率化 · 安定供給に関する週次、月次の定例会の運営（ファシリテーション、議事録発行など） この役割において期待する能力/経験:
