・オペレーションチームの技術的能力とパフォーマンスを向上させる・安全な作業方法を遵守し、関連する手順やチェックリストを効果的に実行し、行動基準安全プログラムに積極的に参加し、自己と他者の安全を確保する。・メカトロニクス（機械/電気）システム、機器、制御装置、およびコンポーネント部品（高度なロボットシステムを含む）の設置、保守、変更、トラブルシューティング、および継続的な改善・必要に応じてPLCおよびプロセス制御ソフトウェア/ハードウェアのプログラミングとトラブルシューティングを実行します。・ロボットシステムの運用とパフォーマンスをサポートするために、ビジョンとソフトウェアシステムのプログラミングとトラブルシューティングを実行します。・プラント操作のためのPLC/HMIテクニカルサポートの提供・メカトロニクスおよびロボットシステムとレシピを構成し、新しい製品フォーマットに対応し、パフォーマンスを最適化する・業務効率、品質、安全性を向上させるために必要とされるすべてのメンテナンスおよびトラブルシューティング活動を実行します。・継続的改善のアイデア、戦略、実行に参加するワークエリアの技術的SMEとしての役割が求められます。 ・担当するラインの日常的な管理および計画会議に参加し、資産の状態や準備状況に関する洞察を活用して、ライン全体のパフォーマンスを最大化。 ・チェックリスト（パフォーマンス、安全性、品質、メンテナンス、ハウスキーピング）の正確かつ効果的な実行 ・TPMの計画と戦略を開発し、実行するために、オペレーションチーム、M&R、プラントエンジニアとの調整を行う。・実行されたトラブルシューティング、メンテナンス、および運用活動を評価し、KPIに対する評価を行います。KPIパフォーマンスの最適化に対処するためのCI活動を開始します。・メカトロニクスシステムの操作、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティングのプロセスや手順について、他のメカニックや担当ラインのオペレーションチームのサポートやトレーニングを行う。・最高の能力、品質、安全性を確保するための継続的な改善に参加し、リードする（時にはリードし、時にはサポートする）。・エリアのパフォーマンスを維持しながら、ハンドオーバーログを積極的に更新し、維持することで、ステータス、問題点、アクションの明確なコミュニケーションを確保し、チーム/エリアのパフォーマンスと継続的な改善を確実にします。 ・エリアに材料や消耗品が十分に供給されていることを確認し、すべての安全性と品質の基準と要件に準拠し、ホットシートのシフトチェンジに備えた資産を確保し、エリアのリソースの引き渡し状況と継続的な改善活動を効果的に口頭と書面で伝える。 ・チームメンバーの360度パフォーマンス評価の実施 KPI: 安全性(TIR、チェックリストの実行とCI、BBS、Take Action完了率)、品質(ゼロディフェクトの作成/リリース、チェックリスト、IPC)、OEE75%、新規資産の垂直立ち上げ、単位/Kgあたりのコスト、単位/Kg/平方メートルあたりのコスト。平均故障間隔、平均修理時間、平均故障時間、平均ダウンタイム、故障率、故障量、メンテナンス関連のシャットダウン（時間）、スケジュール対非スケジュールメンテナンス（時間）（ELC - PM完了率、%計画対非計画、在庫回転数、メンテナンスコスト、スケジュール遵守、支出...
