Join our Team ポジション名 採用コーディネーターインターン ポジションの目的 本ポジションは、エリクソンのタレントアクイジション（Talent Acquisition / TA）機能を支える採用オペレーションをスムーズかつ効率的に進めることを目的としたインターンポジションです。 インターンとして、面接調整、オファー・契約書作成サポート、リファレンスチェックやバックグラウンドチェック（BGV/Vetting）、プレオンボーディング事務、各種レポーティングなど、採用プロセスに関わるオペレーション業務をサポートしていただきます。 TA GSSC（グローバルTAセンター）や日本のHR/TAチームと連携し、候補者・TAパートナー・採用マネジャーに対して、正確でコンプライアンスを満たしたスムーズな採用体験を提供することが重要な役割となります。 ポジションの魅力 ・複雑なプロセスや細かなタスクを整理しながら進めることが好きな方 ・人を支える裏方の仕事にやりがいを感じる方 ・グローバルな採用チームの一員として、ローカルの採用業務を運営したい方 このインターンでは、日本における採用オペレーションの「エンジン」として、各ステップを滞りなく進め、書類を正しく処理し、候補者や採用マネジャーが安心してプロセスを進められるよう支援します。グローバルなTA環境の中で、ローカルのプロセス運営とコミュニケーションを経験できるポジションです。 主な業務内容 1. オペレーション調整・プロセスマネジメント 担当領域における採用オペレーションのサポート 面接日程の調整・案内 オファー／契約書関連の事務処理補助 BGV/Vetting（バックグラウンドチェック）関連の手続き補助 プレオンボーディング／オンボーディング関連事務（書類案内・回収など） 標準化されたプロセスガイドライン・業務手順書に沿って、タスクを正確に、合意されたSLA内で完了することを目指します。 TAパートナーや採用マネジャーと連携し、エリクソンのポリシーおよび日本の法令・規制に沿ったオファー・契約・オンボーディング関連書類の準備・処理をサポートします。 2. ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・協働 TAパートナー、採用マネジャー、HRチーム、法務など関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを構築・維持します。 担当するオペレーションプロセスについて、関係者の窓口として、ステータスや次のステップ、タイムラインなどを分かりやすく伝えます。 候補者・社内ステークホルダーへのタイムリーなアップデートやフォローを行い、期待値を適切にマネジしながら採用活動を予定通り進めることを支援します。 3. データ管理・レポーティング SAP SuccessFactorsなどの採用管理システム及び関連ツール上で、候補者情報や求人情報を正確に登録・更新します。 ターンアラウンドタイム、完了率、オープン案件数などのオペレーション指標に関する定例・スポットレポート作成をサポートします。 データの整合性・正確性を保つことで、分析・監査・意思決定に活用できる情報基盤の維持に貢献します。 4. コンプライアンスとリスク軽減 すべてのオペレーション業務において、エリクソンのポリシー、雇用関連法令、労働規制、GDPRおよび日本における個人情報保護に関する要件を遵守します。
