Purpose of the role
This role exists to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment operations process, supporting Ericsson’s Talent Acquisition (TA) function. As TA Operation Partner, you manage key operational steps such as interview scheduling, offer and contract management, reference checks, background verification (BGV/Vetting), pre-onboarding/onboarding, and reporting.
You play a crucial role in creating a seamless, compliant and data-accurate experience for candidates, TA Partners and hiring managers, working closely with the TA GSSC and Japan People/TA teams.

As TA Operation Partner in Japan, you will be the operational “engine” of recruitment – making sure every step runs smoothly, documents are correct, and candidates and hiring managers feel supported. You will work in a global TA environment to handle local processes and communications with confidence.
