What to Expect Sr. Logistics Specialistの業務内容は、従来のオペレーション実行責任に加え、輸送ネットワークそのものを設計・拡張し、コスト構造を最適化することです。日本国内における車両輸送のオペレーションを理解し、外部輸送ベンダー、ならびに社内のサービスチームおよびデリバリーチームと協力して高いレベルでのオペレーション管理に従事していただきます。 港から納車場所への、納車対象となる全ての車両の円滑かつタイムリーな輸送を担保することを土台としつつ、外部輸送ベンダーの新規開拓・契約交渉・パフォーマンス管理、輸送市場動向の分析にもとづくネットワーク戦略の立案、および輸送予算の策定・執行管理・コスト改善までをオーナーシップを持って推進していただきます。社内のサービス／デリバリー／ファイナンス／Analyticsの各チーム、および海外リージョナルチームと連携し、日本の完成車物流の中長期的なスケーラビリティとコスト競争力を実現することが、この役割の焦点および責任です。 What Youll Do ■ 輸送ネットワーク開発／新規ベンダー開拓・営業 · 出荷量の増加、新規PDI Center・納車拠点の開設、新規揚げ港の追加に対応する輸送キャパシティ確保戦略の立案と実行 · 国内輸送業者（陸送キャリア、船舶／内航RORO、鉄道、倉庫・ヤード事業者等）の市場調査、ロングリスト作成、新規開拓およびソーシング · RFI/RFP/RFQの設計・実施、見積比較（Should-Costモデルによる妥当性検証を含む）、料金・SLA・付帯条件の交渉と契約締結までのリード · 新規ベンダーの与信・保険・車両／ドライバー体制・BCP・コンプライアンス面でのデューデリジェンスおよびオンボーディング（システム接続、業務フロー構築、トライアル輸送の設計と評価） · 地域ごとの輸送カバレッジのギャップ分析と、マルチベンダー体制によるリスク分散およびキャパシティ・バッファの確保 · 繁忙期（四半期末）ピークに向けた事前キャパシティコミットの獲得と、スポット調達チャネルの構築 ■ ベンダーマネジメント／パフォーマンス管理 · 主要輸送ベンダーのリレーションシップオーナーとして、定例ビジネスレビュー（QBR/MBR）を主催し、実績・課題・改善アクションを合意形成 · On-Time Delivery、リードタイム、積載効率、輸送品質（損傷率／クレーム率）、請求精度などのKPI設計とスコアカードによる定量評価 · パフォーマンス未達ベンダーに対する是正措置計画（CAP）の策定・実行フォロー、および必要に応じた物量再配分・契約見直し · 輸送品質事故・遅延・損傷の根本原因分析（RCA）と再発防止策の水平展開、保険・求償プロセスの管理 · 契約更新・料金改定交渉、燃料サーチャージや「2024年問題」に代表される法規制・労働環境の変化を織り込んだ条件設計
