Job Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION: 日本におけるエアバスグループのヘリコプター事業を牽引するエアバス・ヘリコプターズ・ジャパン株式会社。その整備拠点である神戸空港事業所にて、ファシリティ、サイトセキュリティ、安全衛生、そしてBCP（事業継続計画）の分野を統括する中心的な役割を担っていただきます。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: １）ファシリティ・インフラ管理 工場敷地・建物、駐車場の維持・管理 備品、消耗品、作業着などの購買・在庫管理 廃棄物処理（産業廃棄物など）の適正管理、法規制の遵守 社内リース契約管理 ２）サイト内セキュリティ（防犯・物理セキュリティ管理） 工場敷地内への出入管理 防犯カメラ、セキュリティゲート、入退室管理システムの運用・保守管理 施設内の情報セキュリティ対策（機密保持エリアへの立ち入り制限、図面や重要書類の持ち出し管理など） 警備会社との連携 ３）防災・BCP（事業継続計画）管理 防災計画・BCP（事業継続計画）の策定、定期的な見直し 避難訓練、消防訓練、などの企画・運営 防災備蓄品（食料、水、ヘルメット、救急用品等）の選定・維持管理 ４）安全衛生 安全衛生活動の推進（安全衛生委員会事務局） 労働災害（労災）防止対策の立案、万が一の際の対応・報告 ５）地域・行政対応・行事運営 自治体や警察・消防など行政機関への各種申請・届け出 近隣との良好な関係維持（騒音・環境対策、地域行事への参加など） 工場見学の受け入れ対応、社内イベントの企画、実施 ６）環境対応 各種環境関連データの取得、報告 ７）その他工場内の総務・庶務業務、労務サポート 1) Facility &
