部署・チーム名 ： LCS Safety Operation 部署・チーム紹介 国内大手製薬企業のファーマコビジランス（PV）業務を受託 チーム全体は社員10名、派遣社員10名で構成 業務は主に「症例関連業務」「帳票出力」「文献査読」の3領域 今回募集する文献査読は、社員3名・派遣社員3名で構成 フルリモート勤務で、社員の拠点は東京・大阪にまたがる ポジション概要 受託しているPV業務のうち、文献査読・文献モニタリング関連業務を担当 国内外の文献・学会抄録等を確認し、安全性情報としての報告要否を判断する重要なポジション チームが目指すゴール 品質と納期を両立し、顧客から信頼される文献業務を実現すること。 必要に応じて複数顧客の文献業務を柔軟に担当できる体制を構築すること。 主な業務内容 治験または市販後の医薬品における国内外の文献報告、学会抄録等の査読及びQC 個別症例報告（ICSR）があるかどうかの確認、研究報告に該当するかどうかの確認 顧客の文献モニタリングシステムへの査読結果の入力 個別報告がある文献について、Case processingを担当する他社ベンダー（国内及び海外）へ提供する査読結果の評価票作成と、疑義が発生した場合の回答作成 研究報告に該当する文献について、顧客の手順に従い研究報告書案の作成 研究報告及び措置報告のArgusへの入力及びPMDAへの提出 役割への期待 IQVIAおよび顧客の手順書・マニュアルを遵守し、正確かつ期限内に業務を遂行すること 文献情報を適切に評価し、必要に応じて関係者へエスカレーションできること リモート環境でも関係者と円滑に連携し、品質維持に主体的に取り組むこと 求める人物像 必須要件 PVにおける実務経験があること 日本語および英語文献の査読、またはそれに準ずる業務経験があること Argusを用いた安全性業務の経験があること PCを用いたシステム操作ができ、在宅勤務下でも自律的に業務遂行できること 手順書やマニュアルに基づき、評価・入力業務を正確に実施できること 簡単な英語メールを理解し、必要に応じて対応できること
