ブランドスペシャリストは、担当メーカーと定期的なミーティングを実施し、ビジネスの課題を特定、そしてニーズを把握し、その課題に対しての改善、並びにニーズに応える戦略・アクションプランの立案、実行を行うコンサルタント職です。また、お客様(エンドユーザー)の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求しながら、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行います。在庫充足率や出荷可能率の分析、発注数量・タイミングの改善やサプライチェーンの改善など、様々な提案・実行を行います。 更に、ブランドスペシャリストは顧客の購買行動や、購入率などのパフォーマンスを定期的に分析し、課題を明確にしながらウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、商品の販売促 進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。さらに、実施したキャンペーン等の売上や集客数などのデータ分析を行い、実用的かつ効果的なアクションプランを担当メーカーに提案し、実行していきます。 1. 担当メーカーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理: 担当メーカーの売上・利益目標を設定、または提案を行い、その実行プロセスを管理します。 2. 担当メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立: weeklyなどでの定期的なmeetingやタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、担当メーカーとのパートナーシップの確立・強化を行い、メーカーに対してAmazonの顔としての地位を構築します。 3. 担当メーカーのカタログ、コンテンツ開発・制作・管理: 担当メーカーの商品のカタログ改善、ブランドストアの開発を行い、Amazon上でのメーカーのブランド価値の最大化に努めます。 4. 担当メーカーの 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善: 販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善、または改善提案を行います。 5. マーケティング、マーチャンダイジング戦略の策定と実行: 担当メーカーのトラフィック（訪問者数）ならびに購入転換率の最大化。売上・利益目標の達成を目指したマーケティング、マーチャンダイジング戦略をメーカーと共に策定し、マーケティングアクションを実行します。 6. 社内外関連部署との連携: 社内関連部署（事業部長、社内の仕入れ販売担当者、営業担当者、出品者事業担当者、デザイナーおよびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質 化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。 詳しくは下記のビデオもご覧下さい。 職種紹介 https://youtu.be/vxQuEpzwEsM 社員インタビュー https://youtu.be/5mDJsMmYV1U 【配属予定部門のご紹介】 1：ライフ＆レジャー おもちゃ、スポーツ・アウトドア用品、DIY・ガーデニング用品、カー用品・バイク用品、家具といった生活やレジャー・趣味に関連する商品から、自動車＆バイク車体や産業・研究開発用品といった特殊な商品まで、多種多様なストアを見ている部門がライフ＆レジャー。ライフ＆レジャーという名前の通り、お客様の生活に密着した商品や、くらしに楽しみや潤いを与える商品が多いのが特徴です。同時にオンラインストアではまだ馴染みが薄い商品もあり、課題が多い反面、挑戦できることも多いことが醍醐味です。 2：総合家電 テレビ、オーディオ、携帯端末、キッチン家電、大型家電、カメラ、パソコン、文房具、オフィス用品・家具、楽器など、祖業のハードラインからの派生で品揃えを増やしてきた総合家電。各ストアの売り上げ規模も大きく、リテールビジネスの中で事業部数・売り上げが最も大きい部門ですが、市場セグメントの中ではまだまだ挑戦者です。また技術の進歩も大きい市場で、最近ではAmazon Echoと連動したSmart Home 商材を通じてお客様の新しいライフスタイル構築に携わるなど、様々な取り組みのができることも面白さのひとつです。
