職種名: I&MI スペシャリスト・ソリューション・エンジニアリング・リード (APJC) 役割の概要: APJC（アジア太平洋・日本・中国）におけるI&MIスペシャリスト・ソリューション・エンジニアリング・チームを統括し、シスコのアーキテクチャと顧客ニーズを整合させ、チームおよび個人の持続的なパフォーマンスを通じて顧客に最適な成果をもたらします。顧客と強固で長期的な関係を構築・維持し、ビジネス目標の理解、クロスアーキテクチャ・ソリューションの機会特定、顧客のロードマップや最新技術、業界課題に基づいた需要創出を行います。戦略的目標を実行可能な販売イニシアチブへと変換し、組織目標との整合性を確保しながら成功へと導きます。市場拡大と収益機会を重視し、企業ビジョンと整合させながら成長とシスコの市場リーダーシップを推進します。エンジニアリング、CX、パートナー、マーケティングなどの部門横断的な連携を促進し、顧客中心のソリューションと技術進化を確実にします。 主な責任: • 専門性: 特定の地域、運営、劇場/国、または地理的エリアにおける技術営業管理活動を統括します。 • 顧客エンゲージメント: 顧客/パートナーとの対面時間は最大25%。CXO、ディレクター、IT担当者等のハイレベルなステークホルダーと関わります（戦略的アカウントや大規模案件に限定）。 • 営業プロセス: コンサルティングや問題解決を通じて、発見・提案・プレゼンテーションの各フェーズでチームを支援します。 • 社内連携: 中～高度な連携。社内外の広範な関係性を活用し、コラボレーションを推進して企業イニシアチブを前進させます。 • 営業サイクル: セグメントにより異なります。直接関与する場合、サイクルは1年を超え、数年に及ぶこともあります。 • 成功指標: 収益成長、顧客成功、収益性、運用効率、戦略実行、チームの目標達成率。 業務内容: • 複数の地域にまたがるマネージャー（マネージャーおよびソリューション・エンジニアを管理する層）のチームを指揮します。 • 技術営業戦略とアカウントプランニングを統合し、プロセスの効率化と営業サイクルの改善を図ります。 • 高い重要性を持つ技術的な顧客エンゲージメントを管理し、複雑かつ大規模なソリューションにおけるパートナーシップを構築します。 • 需要を喚起するイベントを企画し、顧客とのつながりを深めるツールやロードマップを開発します。 • 部門横断的なフィードバックを統合し、持続的な目標達成とリーダーシップ開発に向けたコーチングを行います。 • 部門横断的なインフルエンサーを活用し、アカウント戦略を形成するためのコラボレーションを促進します。
