This is what you will do: アレクシオン・ジャパン全製品の国内流通政策を統括し、特約店エンゲージメント機能（人・プロセス・プラットフォーム）を進化させることで、製品が適切な顧客に適切な取り扱いで確実に届き、適正使用が促進される状態を実現する。 製品戦略に合わせて、価格条件と流通チャネルを一体設計し、データに基づく示唆で特約店との交渉を進めます。これにより、患者さんへの供給を速く確実にしつつ、事業価値を高め、リスクを最小化する。 環境変化を見据え、見直しに耐える価格ルール、特約店との安定した取引スキーム、可視化と自動化を取り入れた流通プロセスを構築。SCM/Quality/Commercialと役割を分担し、社内の方針と手順（SOP）を整備して運用し、定期的なレビューと監査で確実に守られる状態を維持する。 You will be responsible for: 流通の方針とルールづくり:全製品に共通するチャネルの方針、求めるサービス水準（目標値や指標）、製品ごとの取り扱い条件（温度、手順、優先順位）を定め、製品の販売計画と合わせます。流通に関わる法令順守やGDPの枠組み（ルール・手順・確認方法）の責任を担う。 価格条件とチャネルの一体設計:価格条件（取引条件、割戻し等）と流通チャネルの設計をセットで考え、整合させる。特約店の粗利や取引条件を見える化し、健全で長く続けられる関係になるように点検・改善を進める。 特約店との関係構築と運営: 特約店の本社や地域の責任者と強い関係を築き、定期的なレビュー会（四半期・年次）や共同の改善計画、契約更新、品質やサービスの見直しを主導。 患者起点のチャネル施策: 日本の卸・特約店が持つ営業やメディカル支援の機能を活かし、患者さんが適切に薬を受け取り使えるようにするプログラムを企画・実施する（アクセスの改善と適正使用を両立）。 データにもとづく検討と交渉の推進 : 出荷・販売・在庫・価格・サービス水準・地域動向・競合などのデータを一つにまとめて見える化し、課題の発見→打ち手の立案→特約店との交渉・合意→実行・効果確認までを一貫して回す。経営向けの報告・提案も定例で行う。 品質と順法の管理 : GDPに沿ったルール・標準・点検の仕組みを設計・管理します。実際の運用や監査は品質部門やサプライチェーン部門と協力して進め、社内（営業、流通、メディカル等）への教育・浸透をリードする。 重要イベント時の供給連携 : 需給計画（S&OP/IBP）には戦略的な観点から意見を出し、優先順位やサービス水準などの上位要件を決定する。新製品の上市、薬価改定、供給制約やトラブルの際は、サプライチェーン・品質・各事業本部と連携して意思決定を主導する（実務の実行はサプライチェーンが担当）。 業界動向の把握と社外対応 : 業界団体などと情報交換し、国内流通の動きや課題を収集・分析します。自社への影響を評価し、必要に応じて対応策の立案や社外への提言をリードする。 サービスとコストの最適化の管理 : 充足率や温度逸脱ゼロ、取引条件の健全性といった流通に関する主要指標を運用し、改善を進める。物流コストや在庫などの運用指標はサプライチェーン部門と一緒に管理する。 You will
