※このポジションの勤務地は、兵庫県尼崎市です。新しくローンチされる事業所になるため、入社後、数カ月間は他の事業所でトレーニング（出張ベース）をしていただく予定です。 ◆尼崎プール前駅（阪神）から徒歩10分 ◆尼崎駅（JR）、西宮北口駅（阪急）よりシャトルバス運行予定（各所要30分） ◆自家用車通勤可能（申請制） 本ポジションは新たなAmazon物流拠点トランスセンター（以下TC）の立ち上げメンバーの募集となり、物流未経験からキャリアアップ可能なポジションです。前職ではアパレルや飲食・小売・営業職・アミューズメント・コールセンターなど、全く違う業種で働かれていた方が数多く活躍されています。私達と一緒に新たにAmazonの歴史を作り上げましょう！ 現在は当たり前となった「お急ぎ便」「お届け日時指定便」「当日便」は、お客様の利便性を追求し実現した、日本発の配送サービスです。そのサービスを実現しているのはAmazonの心臓部である物流拠点、TC、フルフィルメントセンター（以下FC）の仕組みにあります。今後さらなるお客様への利便性向上のためにFCへ商品を入荷させる前にTCを拡大させていきます。尼崎TCは最新の自社テクノロジーを導入する事で更なる最適化に挑戦します。本年も継続して事業の拡大に伴い、私達と一緒にお客様起点に考え、チームメンバーのサポートを含めた更なるイノベーションを自身から発信していただける情熱的な仲間・ライフワークハーモニーな環境創出に寄与出来る仲間を「エリアマネージャー」として募集します。 ■業務内容■ 「エリアマネージャー」には、他業種・職種も含めこれまでの経験、スキルを活かし、改善点を模索しながら、先進テクノロジーと「People First」の考え方で、各種プロジェクトをリードやピープルマネージメントを行っていただきます。また、「エリアマネージャー」は部署内の一つの工程を担当し、上司の示す部署全体の方針や安全・品質・生産性の年間目標に沿って、担当工程における改善を積み重ね、日々の計画、進捗、実績管理に責任をもち活動いただきます。 具体的な業務は以下の通りです。 ① チームメンバーの育成とサポート 現場の最前線にいるマネージャーとしてチームメンバーと積極的に関わり、メンバーからの意見に基づく職場改善によりエンゲージメントを高めます。また、数名から数十名のチームのマネージャーとして、業務上の知識・スキル、アマゾンカルチャー等の指導を行うことはもちろん、部下の悩みに傾聴し、問題の解決に向けて自ら動きます。さらに、部下の勤怠や労働時間等の把握、管理を適切に行います。 ② 担当プロセスの安全・品質・作業効率の向上 マネージャーはそれぞれ特定のプロセスを担当し、そのプロセスの安全・品質・作業効率の向上をリードします。日々の安全活動、品質チェックに加え、作業環境の改善、トレーニングの進捗管理など多岐にわたる改善活動が該当します。問題を特定し、対策を立案し、チームメンバーを巻き込みながら実行に移し、結果を出していくことが求められます。 ③ 日々のオペレーション対応 TCはAmazonの豊富な品揃えと最適な在庫プレースメントを実現する為の巨大な物流拠点です。商品を入荷、注文があった履歴を根拠に適切なFCに商品を出荷するという一連の流れの中で計画を立案し管理していただきます。日々のオペレーションにおいてお客様にお約束した納期を確実に守るため、物量の上振れや下振れ、急な労働力不足、システムトラブル等の変動要素に際し、適切に判断して対応していくことが求められます。 ④ プロジェクトリーダーとして改善を推進 Amazonでは日々改善が推進されています。エリアマネージャーは通常業務と並行して、安全上のリスクや生産性を改善するプロジェクトのリーダーとしてFC内の年次/月次プロジェクト活動を推進します。これらのプロジェクトにおいては関連部署との協業や、ファミリーデイ（社員の家族をFCに招待する会）等のFCのイベントに実行委員として参画することも含まれます。 ■働き方■ ・勤務形態：1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。 ・勤務時間：1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。 ・休日：年間120日（月平均10日） ※日勤を中心とした夜勤含む2～3シフトで会社が決定します。配属部署や繫忙期によっては、夜勤割合に違いがあります。その際は日勤・夜勤シフトの間に必ず公休を挟み、負担が少ないよう配慮しています。拠点によっては1日10時間勤務となる場合がありますが、出勤日数を減らし1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。 ・通勤手段：公共交通機関（および徒歩）、自転車、自家用車から選択可能 ■福利厚生■ 下記ページをご確認ください。 福利厚生 | アマゾンジャパンキャリアサイト ■教育制度■ 入社後、約1週間はAmazonのリーダーとして必要な会社のカルチャーや、FCの基本的な業務を一通り学ぶことができる座学の機会を提供します。各部署へ配属後は、トレーニングマネージャーのもと、OJTで工程知識やツールの使用方法など基礎知識を学んでいきます。トレーニング資料も完備しており、相互に進捗を確認しながら独り立ちまでしっかりとサポートしますので、未経験者も安心してスタートができる環境です。最先端の物流システムを学ぶことはもちろん、年齢・性別・国籍問わず様々な仲間と日々の業務を通して、次のステップとなるピープルマネージメントやビジネススキルを学ぶことができます。 ■キャリアパス■
