歯科流通チャネルにおいて、歯科医師の弊社電動歯ブラシ（オーラルB）の使用率及びその患者への推奨率を拡大させることで、オーラルBの新規利用獲得及び歯科医師推奨No.1ブランドとしてのブランド価値を構築することがミッションとなるポジションです。 その為に、1. グローバルで確立された推奨獲得プロセスの確実な実行 2. 効果的なカバレッジと活動の実施、3. 歯科流通チャネルの深い理解と知識に基づいた歯科卸、ディーラーマネージメントと製品の推奨提案、これらの実践をチームとしてリードすることが求められます。具体的な仕事内容は以下の通りです。 ・担当エリア（東京近郊）における歯科医師の電動歯ブラシの使用率と患者への推奨率の目標達成 ・歯科卸店、ディーラー営業に対しての勉強会と効果的な流通・営業戦略の立案 ・歯科医師・教授KOLとの関係構築と学会発表やケース作成等のサポートの獲得 ・社内の生産統括、マーケティング部門及びグローバルチーム等と連携したプランニング（プロモーション、サンプリングプラン、在庫管理等） 仕事内容 1. 卸店、ディーラーを含む歯科医師チャネルのマネージメント (80%): ・歯科医院へのディテーリングとサンプリング: 特に初期のタイミングでは実際に歯科医院に訪問いただき、電動歯ブラシの正しい知識とオーラルBの製品優位性を伝えていただくことで、まずは歯科医師の方にオーラルBを使用いただき、患者への推奨を獲得していただきます。 ・卸店、ディーラーセールスへのトレーニング ： オーラルBの製品優位性を正しく理解し、推奨プロセスを全ての得意先セールスが実践できるように勉強会、トレーニングを実施。 ・チームメンバーのマネージメント： プロフェッショナルオーラルヘルス営業チームのスキル、能力アップのためのトレーニングの実施や効果的なディテーリング、チームメンバー（数名）のマネージメント 2. ビジネスプランニング、レビュー、レポート作成 (15%): ・目標を達成する為のプロモーションや流通戦略のプランニングと週次、月次の定期的なビジネスレビューの実施 3. プロジェクトマネージメント (5%): ・キープロジェクト(例：ディーラーにおけるプロモーションやデンタルショーでの全体のイベント管理など)全体のリード 募集背景：オーラルBブランドビジネス強化のために新規チームが発足するため。 募集人数：1名 ターゲット例：GSKなどの歯科流通マネージャー、歯科専門製品の営業アカウントハンドラーなど...
